And then they would refund me the money once they receive my defected hard drive. Two weeks goes by, still havent refunded my money. But then they tried not to give me a refund on the sales tax. Shady business practices. All the reviews on yelp are fake. Check out their reviews on google. Flooded with 1 star reviews.

Had an issue with a CPU installation that resulted in my PC power cycling and not working. Took it…read morehere to have someone professional look at it (before I messed something else up ). Turned out my motherboard was fried (so props to me for not messing up my new CPU after my first time trying to install a CPU). Long story short, they installed a new motherboard, new CPU, and new cooling system for me. They said it would only take a day, but instead it took about 3ish. Rather than doing a rushed job and meeting the initial estimated finish date, they needed to swap out my cooling system for a better one because it would have ruined my new CPU (Ryzen 9 5095X) due to it overheating. So I HIGHLY appreciated them going the extra mile and noticing this for me. They also tested everything before giving it back to me for QA purposes. I'd rather wait the extra few days and potentially save hundreds of dollars. They could've not done anything and had me come back later to pay for more repairs. They gave me a lot of advice as well and SHOWED me what they were doing before they did it. There was a lot of trust involved in this repair, and it paid off (pun absolutely intended). Definitely will be coming back for future upgrades. Learned a lot about computers in this process. As for the computer itself, it's running like a beast. Very powerful and very quiet surprisingly (more so than before). I wanted to wait a day after I got my computer to test out the programs I use and it's working great. When I picked up my tower, they showed me what parts were in the rig, that the display was working, and that the parts they said they were going to install were there. Kept me updated and sent me photos to show me progress. Very transparent and communicative.

The experience started off on the wrong foot when the first thing the technician asked after walking in was, "Do you have a pen and paper?" It didn't inspire much confidence or professionalism. The biggest disappointment was the cable management. It looked rushed and completely disorganized, especially considering that we had already paid before that part of the job was finished. The overall quality of the work was well below what was promised. Unfortunately, I won't be using this company again, and I can't recommend them based on my experience. Customers should proceed with caution. The photo shows how how he put 1 cable tie on the cables and said that's the best it's gonna get.

This is money they have taken from my co-workers, their families, and my kids. When you need them, trust me, they will not be there for you. Upper management for this company runs rampant with dishonesty, avoidance, and sheer stupidity. We have dozens of emails with almost 10 members of their team, and rarely will we get a response. They actively AVOIDED emails for over 9 months without a single response. We filed a case with the Better Business Bureau, and their Vice Presidents (Steven & Richard) ignored the case completely and never responded to us or BBB officials. We have now had to involve an attorney. The number of times they have said "we'll get back to you" or we'll have our tech support call you" are well into the dozens. Do they ever call....NO. Do they ever fix the issue...NO. Do they apologize or attempt to make it right...heck NO. They knowingly sold us defective credit card swipers and refuse to make it right. Our credit card swipers have not worked in over a YEAR! Not only do they not stay connected to the internet or the cc system, they decline ALL cards including chip cards based on the settings their team set up! If you use SAP B1 as your ERP system, we have had dozens of times where their portal doesn't upload credits or invoices. We have even cases where it applies incorrect amounts causing customers to get confused and frustrated. Our company was also struck by professional fraudsters using blatantly fraudulent and stolen credit cards. Their system not only happily accepted the charge, Ebiz/CBS stuck us with the bill, and then had the audacity to blame us. This company finds NO value in you as a customer. This company will run away and avoid you when you need them the most. This company is quite possible the worst group of individuals I have met in my 30 years of management. They are appalling. Run away.
