Sam (CPA who prepared my return) and Stan (office manager) did a fantastic job handling my and my…read moreparent's taxes this year, which were both more complex than usual. Communication was excellent ... quick, clear, and at just the right level. Most of my questions were answered quickly through their portal or via a quick call. Their portal is easy to use & efficient. I liked that I could actually see how each document was used, with markers showing exactly where numbers were pulled from in the PDFs. Their fee was reasonable, and I believe I more than made that back through their expertise. They caught items that my previous tax preparer missed, which made a real difference. If your taxes involve more than just basic W-2s or 1099s, I highly recommend working with a knowledgeable CPA like Sam. She and Stan are both great to work with. ------------ NOTE: This review is entirely my own and written solely at my own initiative.
