Very welcoming and accommodating. She has experience in both hair dressing and HeadSpa but has been focusing on HeadSpa clients. The building is locked so you can either walk in behind someone or call Fae and she will open the door to the building. When I got there she let me change into to a robe and a towel robe (don't know what you call them). I took of my pants since the robes were long enough. I don't want to give away the whole process since you need to experience it for yourself buuttt highlights for me were, her massages (wow this lash knows what she's doing), the scalp tools, the water halo and the warm eye cover she uses. There's so much more. Must go and and find out. this experience left me in awe and in complete/full relaxation mode. The energy throughout the process was warm and positive. I usually get massages but I think I might be making monthly trips to unwind. She uses Vagaro so east booking and ApplePay available. I cannot wait to go back!

The store owner, Randy, was kind and helpful and obviously enjoyed his job. Unfortunately, a week later, I opened one of my purchases to discover that it didn't work. Since I live almost 2 hours away from Manitou Springs, returning it to the store wasn't an option. Randy immediately offered to refund my money and didn't need me to return the defective merchandise. And then, Randy endeared himself to me forever by offering to send me a new item (that he personally checked to ensure it worked properly) and mail it to me for free. Next time I'm in Manitou Springs, I will definitely stop by again.
