If you plan on renting the place, read the fine line. Charges for community utilities to $20 valet trash and extra charges found on your bill every month. The third party company they use "CON-SERVICE" is a joke. Oceanside and ConService like to point finger at each other and at the end of the day, nothing will be explained or resolved. My flooring had glue leaks, water damage from the unit above me and multiple over charge water utilities when I was away for work and not even home. Yet they seem to always find an excuse or brush the issue off. Gate is never working, so kids are always using the club house, people housing more then they can fit and cars are being broken into. It took three managements teams to finally come to me to try to resolve the issue. The crazy part was that they wanted to give me $200 to sign basically an NDA and have the owner and the property management team not at fault for any of the issues. Its not worth the headache to pay the prices they are asking. They will offer you 2700 for a two bedroom for you to find out two months after you moved in that they are now renting it out for 2100. They play games and are not looking at your beat interest.

The leasing people are always very friendly and helpful. You're walking distance to Lake Worth Beach and right on the strip of the Lake Worth bars, which is fun if you have friends in town. The pool area is so nice to relax, the gym has everything you really need. Theres a workout class if you do class pass you can walk to. The apartment it's self is definitely builder grade but it's expected. Not a ton of space to store stuff but I made it work. I would definitely live here for a few years if I had the option to. I would say it's a bit on the pricier side but I think it's been worth the money I've paid.

Yesterday I went to the office again, and the new girl casually told me that a work order had never been created -- even though I've been walking into that office for THREE MONTHS asking them to fix this. So today that ticket was closed saying all done give us five stars but I'm still not in call box ))Every time they promise, "We'll take care of it today, we'll call you by the evening," and every single time -- NOTHING. Zero calls. Zero action. The gates barely ever work. Right now the back gates are wide open and completely broken. What exactly am I paying these high prices for? Because it's definitely not security or maintenance. And my washing machine? For three months it's been banging so loud you can't wash anything heavier than a T-shirt. I created TWO work orders myself, since I live alone and don't do laundry often -- and guess what? Not a single thing has been done. If they can't handle two simple work orders in three months, how is any family supposed to function here? But the best part? If YOU make a single mistake -- like being one day late on rent because you're still figuring out their useless app -- they slap a notice on your door immediately, like you're some kind of criminal. No phone call, no courtesy, nothing. Just intimidation. They like to advertise themselves as "luxury apartments." There is absolutely nothing luxurious here. Not the service, not the maintenance, not the management, not the living conditions. Just empty marketing and broken promises. That's not full list : dog poops , low water pressure in apartment , you have to pay $100 for second car to park outside where's not guaranteed you'll have a spot to .

The property itself is constantly being maintained by hired employees. However, the units themselves are on the smaller side, so if you don't like that you won't be the happiest. Music was sounding, the crowd looked inviting and the vibrations seemed good. I stopped for a drink just to see if it wasn't just a nice looking place. It definitely is more than a pretty place. While I didn't have a cocktail I did try their IPA. A tad bit pricey at $9 but it was very tasty, and served nice and cold. Bartender, Stacy, gave me a warm welcome and was all-around pleasant. I decided to try their mini empanadas since I was full but wanted to gauge the kitchen. Once again, they delivered. The mini empanadas weren't cheap ($7 for two) but were worth the price. Crispy freshly made, with delicious beef stuffing, and a nice refreshing ají salsa. Kitchen is definitely experienced. Back patio is beautiful and has lots of potential. We stayed a while and listened to a DJ accompanied by a latin drum player. It was really cool! Overall it's a nice upscale spot to take a date or a group you wish to impress. If you're really hungry, prepare to spend some money because the focus here seems to be on quality not quantity. Very nicely done and look forward to seeing more.

Once I finished, I decided I had no need for the TWO (Dirty) coffee machines, the dishware caked in crusted food, the lamps with visible stains on the shade or the surplus of dirty pots and pans. The entire place is infested with termites and be prepared to wake up to roaches. Utilities are advertised as included in the weekly rate yet I had no wifi for 4 days and my Tv is still not functioning after having paid another week in full. Was offered no reimbursement. Was also informed they can and will enter my room on a regular basis without so much as even a text message. It was a big job considering the enormous amount of stuff she had, most of which would not fit in her new surroundings. We can all relate to how stressful moving and clearing can be: the process, the choices, the cost, the waste and environmental impact. It is emotionally and financially draining. Mychael and her team entered the picture ("The Chix") with an invaluable measure of competence and compassion. First, the response time was fast. I suppose Mychael is accustomed to families that are in or nearing crisis when they realize they need help! Second, the process was laid out clearly and within a short while we understood how the articles we could not move would be handled, donated, credited etc. Third, the team stuck to their schedule, worked with our building manager on permitting and reserving the elevator, consulted with us when they came across documents or personal items of legal or sentimental value. They made the entire experience seamless. I cannot offer high enough praise for the Pick Up Chix concept, ethic and execution. When I showed my siblings the video of a clean swept apartment -- after we agonized for weeks over how we would deal with my mom's stuff -- it brought tears of joy and relief to our eyes.
