I had a very bad experience with this company. I brought a 40 year old photo from my wedding for…read morecolor balancing and to edit the picture. The original photographer failed to tell me that my jacket was askew. I have tolerated the look of the photo for many years, but finally took it into this shop to have it fixed. When I arrived to pick up the finished photo, the color was adjusted, but the jacket was not fixed the way I wanted it to be. The woman who did the work indicated that "you didn't tell me that is what you wanted." She made some small adjustment in the right side of the jacket, but it was not correcting the look so the jacket appeared closed and buttoned. The woman said "You didn't tell me that is what you wanted." I do believe that I said "fix the jacket." It would seem to me that she should have asked me what I meant by "fix the jacket" instead of assuming and making the minimal change she did. She then added "I would have had to charge you more to do that and it would have taken longer." At no point did I note that I needed this quickly or that cost was too high. If the person agreed to fix the problem, I would have not have been as disappointed. I had to pay for the work despite not getting what I wanted because she had my original picture. I have speculated since this incident that the person who did the work is not the owner of the shop (she indicated that Jon Reis is not there very much). I am not sure why she would not offer to fix the problem which I consider her error--not making sure she knew what I wanted done--but I strongly recommend that customers be very careful with this company because it is not a customer-service oriented group and the work I requested was inadequate.

He was able to accommodate my last-minute request for a cake smash and family photo session, and I had a reply to my initial inquiry within minutes! He arrived early to our session and had already scoped out spots for photos in the area, which allowed us to move efficiently through the various shots. That was so helpful with a 1 year-old and a 3 year-old in tow! He also knew the perfect time to schedule our session to get the best lighting, he captured an excellent variety of poses, and he had a great eye for beautiful scenery and composition! The turnaround time was absolutely amazing; I was thrilled to receive the final photos so quickly after our session. He captured some truly beautiful shots of our family that I will treasure! And he delivered them to us in a beautiful online gallery that allowed me to quickly share it with family too! I would highly recommend Bitanga Productions without reservation!
