The sausages were not cooked through all the way and tasted terrible not to mention I got sick from it afterwards. When I've gotten birria tacos from other restaurants (Comal y Canela, Atomic 10, and Fonda Balam), the taco is dipped in the consome and then fried, making it crispy in texture and full of flavour. The meat in the birria tacos was good at Rebozos, but the tortilla was plain (only toasted or pan-fried). The consome was good, and so was the salsa verde. The carne asada burrito and carnitas were ok, the ingredients were fresh, and it felt homey.

Still worth it imo. -[BURRITO BOWL] $13.98 I also wanted Sweet Chili Breaded Chicken (+$2) which was absolutely delicious and worth the upcharge. Topped it off with rice, noodles (!!!!), black beans, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, pico de gallo, green onion, coleslaw, guacamole (for free!!), homemade salsa, crunchies, sour cream, burrito sauce, and medium hot sauce. The bowl was PACKED and although the hot sauce made my nose sweat, the level of spice was more than tolerable. Would be interested to try their loaded waffle fries and deep fried desserts next time too

The next time I ordered burrito bowls to go. The chicken bowl was my favourite. So delicious! I was impressed that I was allowed to order a bowl with half beef and half sweet potatoes. Not every restaurant is that flexible. There were tons of toppings and sauces to choose from. I picked lots of toppings with great flavours. In the future, I won't ask for tortilla chips on my burrito bowl because they were soggy by the time I got home. Interior On the wall, there's a large, helpful drawing of the different types of Mexican foods with explanations of burritos, bowls, tacos, guacamole, salsa and quesadillas. There were four in my party. We were lucky to get seating at lunchtime on a weekend since there are only enough chairs for 8 people. Everything was clean including the tables. Service The staff and manager were nice and welcoming. They were ready to answer all our questions and give advice on the popular sauces. They pointed out that we could get a combo for about $4 extra which includes a drink and a side order of waffle fries. This is a good deal because a can of pop is $2.50 and the fries are about $3.50. I highly recommend this place.

The food on this set of wheels is a mix of Columbian and Floridian inspiration. It's a very simple but delicious menu with a jerk chicken sandwich, a porchetta sandwich, and a Columbian hamburger. I went with the porchetta sandwich. The sandwich comes topped with caramelized onions and pickled banana peppers. Also included on the side are kettle cooked chips topped with a creamy horseradish sauce. The pork was nice and juicy and was a good sized portion. I'm not huge on horseradish but I liked the sauce as I found the flavour to not be overpowering. Overall a great spend for $8.

Chicken was very tender had a soft bun and came with some chips topped with yogurt. The sandwich was quite tasty, but it wasn't spicy. I think I would describe it as a "chicken brisket". Still good though. $8 is expensive, but all food trucks are. Still, pretty good though.

3.5 stars Pastor…read moreTaco is a small shop with a few high top tables and chairs for dining in but I'd venture to say that it's more of a takeout spot. I was in the area and saw that they have four pastor (pork) tacos for $10. That's quite a steal considering most restaurants with tacos on their menus have them priced $4+ each. The pastor tacos come with cilantro and onions but luckily for me there wasn't much cilantro. The raw onions were potent though. We only got two sauces but supposedly it should've been guacamole tomatillo sauce, medium hot sauce, and spicy hot sauce. I believe we didn't get the guacamole tomatillo sauce. Not a big deal since the medium hot sauce provided a lot of flavour without scorching my tongue. It's different that the tacos were served on top of a bed of tortilla chips (missing the micro greens though). It was a bit disappointing that the pork was on the dry side. It's too bad that it was quite a drive home before I ate the tacos so the taco shells and tortilla chips got soft. It's best to eat them right away. I've never had a tostada ensalada before. This one came with micro greens, corn salad, pickled onions, onions, and a mild guacamole tomatillo sauce. The sauce provided a lot of flavour and I loved the crunch from the tortilla. Perhaps I'm just not a fan of micro greens. I felt that there was just too much in comparison to the other ingredients.

The chicken and pork were a bit dry and slightly on the blander side, but the dipping sauces made up for it. The star taco was definitely the bean - thick, pasty, tasty. As weird as this sounds, I'd go back for the bean taco. The owner was super friendly and cheerful, and definitely is one of those brighten-up-your-day welcoming types. I'm not sure how many followers Pastor has, but wouldn't be surprised if it was many.

We ordered the Reina Pepiada (chicken avocado salad) and the Pabellon (shredded flank steak, fried sweet plantain, avocado and white cheese) with a side of Yuca fries. I liked the Reina Pepiada more out of the two, as it was lighter and creamy without being overpowering. The Pabellon is definitely the heavier of the two, but holds its own with it's deeper savory meat flavors. Yuca fries was a little fibrous in parts, but generally delicious dipped in their house dip. Joyful, kind and intelligent staff. Like - it's noticeable. We ordered the Beyond Burger burrito for $12.49 (+$1.25 for guac), and a Lemon Chicken burrito for $10.49 with generous portions of additional fillings - all the things you'd expect including black and pinto beans, sautéed veggies, 3 salsas, etc. I went wild and had the King Salsa which they warned was spicy. Loved it. These guys FILL the tortilla and press it in one of those flat iron things for that crunchy toasted vibe. You just can't do this at home! We sat outside at one of the bistro tables, and someone (manager?) brought us samples of their King Juice which is a delicious fruit blend.
