Anyway, feeling particularly hungry today, I ordered a breakfast burrito as well as a bowl of pozole. My wife ordered a salad with grilled chicken. Photos are below. In short, the breakfast burrito is one of the best I've ever had. They didn't just throw everything in a tortilla and call it a day, but put it in such an order that the cheese lined the bottom, with beans, then rice, before centering with chorizo and eggs. The highlight is the pozole. It's made with bone-in pork, and the broth is exceptionally flavorful without being salty. I didn't get to taste the salad but my wife loved it too.
