I ordered a 3 piece chicken combo. I also added shrimp to the fried rice (it costs extra) and also ordered a side of tostones with garlic sauce. The food was good. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The fried rice was just okay. The tostones were okay as well, although I think these are the frozen kind and not made from scratch. That makes a big difference in taste. I might go back to try a different menu item. One thing to note is that the menu prices are on the high end for a Chinese food restaurant.

I ordered Pork Pernil with Mofongo, and although flavorful, both the pork and the Mofongo were on the dry side compared to what I've had in other Dominican restaurants. The pernil was accompanied by two pieces of Chicharrón, which were crispy and delicious. They were an unexpected surprise and were my favorite part of the entree! This restaurant is very clean and attractively decorated. If we are in the area again, I might go back to try other items. Just what I was craving and a true delight and surprise to the Colombian who was with me. The dishes had authentic flavors. The chicharon (pork belly) had a delightful crunch on the crackling side yet a soft, moist, and flavorful meaty. The morcilla (blood sausage) and chorizo were delicious as well. My company had the traditional beef Sancocho and the flavors were spot on. This location, though not in the tradional "Hot Spot" of Central Florida (ie: Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park/Garden) it is by far a wonderful gem. And for those I have no idea what Menudo is, it is a bowl of soup made from tripe that they cook for hours. And they serve it nice and spicy. We had to request straws and napkins because the waiter forgot to bring them to the table.
