What they might not know is that I have been here many times before and have never received a random upcharge like this before. I went on DoorDash and mock ordered what I would have ordered and it turned out to be less than what I actually paid at the restaurant. Prices are practically never cheaper on DoorDash! I absolutely feel like I was swindled today. I won't be coming back.

You can tell that this is a small family operation as I saw a kid who had to be at least 10 helping out wiping tables and what not which was totally awesome as a small family place like this is the type of business where I want to give my money to! So the food now that was what's totally good as I had found it a bit unique that they gave me almost a hard shell quesadilla but as soon as I dipped it into the consommé it became soft and incredibly delicious even more so than it was before as the meat was very flavorful along with the veggies inside made for one awesome quesadilla! Quesabirria Tacos here are on point as they also were packed with flavor and just soo good definitely one of the best tacos I've had in Florida! Their horchata was also very delicious flavorful and just perfect for when I needed a sip of that delicious milky goodness! We arrived around 9:30 pm & there was only one gentleman working the truck at the time. He was patient and nice, and made everything to order. I tried the jerk chicken, rice & peas, & cabbage. It was misleading because on the website it says cabbage comes with the meal, but when ordering we were told it's a separate add on. He also stated he was out of mac & cheese which was disappointing. 4 Corners Tavern - ChampionsGate…read more We hadn't been to 4 Corners Tavern in years. Located in the ChampionsGate shopping area, a friend recently raved about the food, so we decided it was time to give it another try. Our server, Nick, was friendly, personable, and helped us with our menu selections. I was excited to see the lunch special was a Chopped Cheese sandwich. Being from New York, I've really missed a good chopped cheese and have been craving one for quite some time. The sandwich came with a choice of side, and I chose the French fries. While it was a decent sandwich, it just wasn't an authentic New York chopped cheese. The lettuce wasn't chopped but simply placed on top, and it was missing the chopped tomatoes and onions that help make the sandwich so special. It was served on a hoagie roll, but the it wasn't smashed together the way I'm used to seeing in New York. My husband ordered the Brisket Dipper, which also came with a choice of side. He selected the soup of the day, a beef and rice soup. The sandwich was served with an au jus dipping sauce and was good, but not memorable. In fact, we both agreed the brisket at our local Ovation Bistro & Bar is much more flavorful. The soup arrived as essentially a cup of shredded beef in broth, and the rice had accidentally been left out. The server quickly brought it over afterwards. When I spotted bread pudding on the dessert menu, I couldn't resist ordering one of my all-time favorite desserts. Unfortunately, it was another disappointment. The bread pudding was very dense, covered with large dollops of whipped topping, and didn't taste particularly fresh. Overall, while the service was friendly and attentive, the food simply didn't live up to the recommendation we had received. With more than a dozen restaurants nearby offering excellent dining options, this isn't one we'd return to. If you're dining in the ChampionsGate area, I'd recommend spending your money at one of the many better choices nearby.
