WOW! This place was so amazing. The service was spectacular. The food couldn't be better...the temperature was so hot I knew it was fresh, the taste was out of this world and the service was impeccable. The serving sizes are more than enough. It's a cute little food joint with an authentic vibe. It's hard to find places like this that are so genuine. You must try this place if you're reading this.

Okay, so I have to update my review. I am so incredibly disappointed. After my first visit to this location they started delivering through Uber Eats. I ordered some Empanadas and the meat was tasteless and the empanadas were greasy. Also, there was no sauce included for the empanadas. My husband and I decided to give this place another shot after the empanada disappointment and we tried the Pabellón (which they ran out of meat and I had to order it with steak) and my husband got the Pepito. They were both a disaster. The quality of the food isn't great. It feels more like a fast food joint. Needless to say we have not gone back.

So disappointed. Chicken is pitch black burned. Completely inedible. The phone number goes to a voicemail that doesn't work.

I drove an hour since seeing instagram posts of how great the food is and the menu pics look fabulous... and then I receive this... burnt chicken. Really? What a let down. I definitely will not return. Really disappointed.

Recomendado al 100 % El sabor de la comida deliciosa y la atención amable y amistosa todo el tiempo hace que uno se sienta como en Familia, sin duda la mejor comida Venezolana que he comido.

Food was great honestly good music, good food. Service was on point , but the fact that thay force an 18% gratatuity is trash. Yet still expect tips off of a forced gratitude. Shouldent be taking advantage of a couple. Groups of like 6+ shore, Why not.

Ok this has to be my favorite restaurant in Orlando and I loved the food so much. Alfredo was my…read moreserver and he had the best recommendation and I loved it. The empanada came LOADED with shredded beef and this empanada didn't skimp out on quality. It tastes so good when you dip it with the green sauce and it was chef's kiss. I think this is the best empanada I ever had and when I tried other empanada, it doesn't even compare to this. I ordered another dish but I forgot the name and it's soo good. I was a little disappointed because the menu said pick 3 sides and I chose all beef. Alfredo didn't mention to me that there would be an additional charge for the beef. As a result, I had to pay an additional $10 which was very pricey and didn't find out until I received my bill and saw the charge. I didn't make any complaints because the employees seem not to speak English well and it's hard to be a foreigner trying to adapt to the culture and the language. But this is soo good and I can see why the reviews on yelp are all stellar.

I live close, so have come here quite a bit over the year…read more Pro- Just got renovated, so it looks pretty. The staff is nice, and the food is good. They also have lunch specials, which is nice. Cons- There is ALWAYS a weird perm smell when you go. It literally smells like someone is perming their hair, so not good. Another con is sometimes it takes long to get your food. And last but not least, I think their prices are not reasonable lately. Some of the prices do not match their menu, not sure when they raised their prices but I have never ever heard of a patacon costing almost $26 anywhere, and I frequent a lot of Venezuelan spots. Their name went from Q'Kenan restaurant to Q'Kenan Steakhouse so maybe now they just raised all the prices, I don't know. Their most expensive patacon on the menu is the one with Picańha and it says $17...yet I got charged 25.90. Regardless of how good something is, there shouldn't be a $9 difference from what is on the menu. That is absurd. On my last trip- $43 for an empanada, tequeńos and a patacon just doesn't sound right for Venezuelan food, and I come from living in Miami where restaurants are supposed to be more expensive. Add a tip and you're paying over $50 for street food. That's wild.
