Happy New Year. Meet up with some friends that live in Clearmonte. We usually meet up half way since I live in Bartow. They choose this place. The only time I eat Puerto Rican food is well hardly ever. In side of town is mostly Cuban and Mexico. This was a nice surprise. My two whites friends never had Puerto Rican food. We sat outside and ordered fried pork with rice and peas and Mofongo with shrimp and creole sauce. Also had an order of the fried cheese, it came with a sweet cinnamon sauce. Been wanting to visit after reading the reviews and their posts in facebook. Their website offered a variety of different options. The reality was totally opposite, aside to the fact that there was many items on the menu available what ever was available wasn't even appealing.
