Possibly hire some more help for your dining room. And have people in the kitchen that actually know how to cook instead of play in the kitchen.

Normally I use lot of horseradish and coctail sauce but the mignonette was so delicious that about half way through I only used that. Finally, and I wish I had gotten a picture, we talked ourselves into getting the crème brûlée cheesecake, diets be damned. I love crème brûlée and the hubby loves cheesecake. This became apparent when after a few bites we made a deal that I eat the top and he can have the bottom this was a win win for us! All the food was a hit, we loved our server, and the location and ambiance! Not only will we be back, I could see us becoming regulars. The hubby loves raw oysters/seafood and I'm coming around.
