Williamston, SC does not have many options when it comes to food. But let me tell you, this is our go to spot if we're eating out. They never fail to dissapoint. For being a restaurant in the middle of nowhere, the food is excellent. I honestly think it's the best Mexican restaurant I've been to. My go-to order is the pollo Jalisco. No matter how packed it is, they always seem to be able to accommodate and provide timely service. The wait staff is very nice and personable. Can't reccomend Fiesta enough! read more

This place has always showed us kindness for as long as I remember I've came here since I was really little and I still love it to this day. This place gives excellent service and their food is off the chain delicious. The owner Sal and Sals wife decided to have teens and younger adults work here so they can start maturing and to under the worth of a dollar which I think is excellent. I go here often this one night I got a rude attitude waiter young and didn't care that the order wasn't correct ordered Texas nachos that come with steak chicken and shrimp. I had no shrimp and informed waiter as she brought plate said she will bring shrimp 15 minutes waiting no shrimp and came to check how things were after as if she forgot . I'd give 3 stars, we've gone here multiple times and it's hit and miss. The last 2 times we came in we ordered chile verde no beans and just rice and a jumbo margarita. So the first time the chile verde was more of a soup with tons of oil and grease and we got beans and margarita was fine. Tonight the waitress did not listen to a word we said. First she brought us a pitcher of margaritas when we ordered 1 jumbo margarita, so we had to send that back. Then the chile verde was super dry and no green sauce the complete opposite of the first time, and again they served us beans when we just wanted rice. First time trying this place since we just moved here recently. My husband ordered burrito & fajita taco salad to go & wow they did not disappoint. So we've been coming to fiesta since we moved to Williamston in June and it just keeps getting worse with each visit. We've gotten the same server the last 2 times (the only American girl working there). She only speaks to my fiancé.. doesn't make eye contact with me. I had my food sent back because I asked for a shredded chicken quesadilla and got cheese and chunks of chicken in a tortilla instead. She came back to the table and told my fiancé that they were remaking MY food??? It's my dinner? Why are you letting him know about my food? So awkward. As soon as we walked in (9:11pm they close at 10pm) all of the workers seemed angry/annoyed we were coming in. Thankfully 2 more couples came in after us and got the same attitude so we know it wasn't us personally they were annoyed by. One server even passed the tables and loudly said "I just want to go home." It's 30 min before close..? Close the restaurant at 9pm if you don't want to be there until 10pm but don't make the customers feel bad for wanting to eat there... the chips were fresh and that's about the only positive thing we can say about tonight. During the entire time we were eating a woman was aggressively sweeping the floors right by where everyone was eating which was making my stomach turn thinking about all the partials flying into our food. I'm sad this place is going downhill. We really enjoyed it the first couple of months we were here ): a group of 5+ women working were also standing by our table laughing and talking so loudly to the point we couldn't even hear each other speaking. Thanks to Byron's review we gave this place a try. Great service, great prices, and great food. We knew the place had to be decent as the parking lot was pretty packed and inside all but 2 booths taken. Mind you we were there just toward the end of lunch hour. Homemade warm chips and a bean dip with some cheese sauce served as soon as your butt hit the seat. I ordered the Chori Pollo after hearing what Byron had to say about it and the fact it was Chorizo & Chicken...how can you go wrong with that??? For $8.75 it was a deal IMHO. It was amazing! Chori Pollo = sliced chicken with chorizo and mushrooms, served with nacho cheese on top. Also served with rice, beans and flour tortillas. My BF ordered the La Papa lunch special. For $5.99 again a bargain for sure. La Papa = chicken or steak (bf chose chicken) fajita meat with melted cheese, onions, peppers and tomatoes served in a baked potato, with sour cream on the side. Our drinks were never less then half full. So while from the outside this doesn't look to be all that amazing of a place, inside it's clean, amazing service and great prices for some pretty dang good food. read more

Love this place. Service is great. As soon as you hit the table you get hot chips and a bean dip with queso. Plus a sauce bar. You can't beat that. I got the mixed fajitas. Shared that with my wife. Plenty of food for two people for a great price. Food was delicious. Chicken and steak with green pepper, onions, and tomatoes. On the side you get sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, and your choice of rice or beans. I also would recommend their Texas nachos, grilled chicken nachos, Texas fajitas, or pollo encramada (I prefer that with grilled chicken instead of shredded). Used to go to this place atleast twice a week spending $20-$25 each time, but will never go again. They have terrible customer service especially when being asked to correct their mistakes. Picked up a to-go order and got home and looked and made sure everything was right and it was not. Went back up there (15min drive) with the food and owner did not care about the inconvenience and wanted to argue with me. Bad customer service. Next time will drive past fiesta to pelzer, there are a couple of mexican restuarants there with better food for cheaper prices. Very diappointed with fiesta. read more
