This location is new and there are a couple small things that really just hit me the wrong way. First, the drive through. This is a new location and there is a drive through on the side. It is not easily accessible for a few reasons. You have to drive behind the whole building to get to it (this is a strip mall type location) and the turn in to the drive through is so tight I doubt you can get anything larger than a small car through it comfortably. A truck with Quad cab and short bed (mine) took several attempts to get around the corner. And by the black marks all over the curbing, I am not the only one with the issue. I 100% don't mind going IN to a restaurant but if you offer a drive through it should be useful. Second, the tipping. WHY would you ever ask someone to tip BEFORE you serve them? I hand over my debit card, clerk hands me the machine: "insert your card and you can then select your tip." Um, no. I'm not tipping at a fast food restaurant and surely not before I receive and food/service. Food was typical. Good and as expected.

Someone had placed an order of several hundred sandwiches. But what surprised me the most was how great the workers were. Most of them said hello to me as they carried boxes upon boxes to the ladies' truck. One person stood back and came and helped me immediately. He was very kind and fulfilled my order perfectly.
