Almost makes me feel like a criminal in the sense that they think i am there to steal, and they like can't even hide it. They're not friendly at all, they lack that welcoming environment so much. I went today to see if its changed and it has not. Its safe to say, we are done for good with them. I rather pay more and drive further out to buy our sports gear. If theres anything they can change is; don't assume people are just going to rob you, and if you do assume do not make it obvious, still be helpful and friendly because you don't know if someone might be a loyal and returning customer, smile and be friendly, customer service is one of the most important things in keeping customers! I went one of those 3 times about 5 yrs ago. 5 months pregnant, with my 2 sons (aged 4 and 6) to get my husband a father's day gift and even then, I felt that way. They have a nice clean store and set up. We usually like to help mom and pop stores, but this is just ridiculous the lack of customer service.

This is my third time ordering. My first order in 2022 was great! My order in 2023 was also great!…read moreI loved the hats! I even recommended a few people to order from their site. However, this last order I made was extremely disappointing. The hats were made very poorly. You can see hot glue all over the hats. None of the other hats looked like this from previous orders. No big deal. Things happen. I sent an email to them with pictures. They responded by telling me the hats weren't damaged. You can clearly see the damage in photos. They said I could return them, but would have to pay shipping. I can understand paying shipping if you just change your mind. However, paying for shipping when the hats are damaged on their end? That's terrible customer service. Very disappointing. I will never order again. $23.96 is a great price for 3 hats. However, I wouldn't even want these 3 hats for free. Save your money. Buy somewhere else.
