Burritos are giant and tortas are stuffed so it justifies the $ for those who usually see lower prices for a taco truck. On par with the usual Ballard prices. We are also a fan of their pupusas (veggie options here!) which comes with a portion of salsa and curtido. It comes as a plate of 3 and is super filling. Call in your order if you don't want to pay the extra Yelp $. The gentleman who usually picks up the phone is super nice! Cons: food usually takes longer than they tell you over the phone so just plan accordingly. They also seem to be out of seafood options often (100% of the times we've ordered). The parking situation is a little awkward since they are on a small lot next to the smoke shop. But overall a solid choice for Mexican food if you live in the Ballard area.

Menu. There is a phone number you can call to order ahead.

Fantastic food truck across the street from Ballard market. (Parks in the chevron gas station across from St Al's church.) We've been going here for years, since back when they parked on 15th and 80th. The pupusas are phenomenal. They are flavorful, freshly made and come with some great slaw and hot sauce. Definitely worth seeking this place out!!

    3. Taco Plate (Asada)

Yum! I was craving taco truck food and found this place during my online search. I ordered an Asada taco plate which was about $15 (seems to be the about the going price when it comes to taco trucks in Seattle.) It was very tasty and I liked the packaging it came in, made things a lot less messy than just throwing it all on a paper plate. Will definitely be back!

Solid tacos in Ballard. Good parking in the gas station parking lot which is a park. Both salsas were tasty and the tacos were generously filled with the meat/onion/cilantro combo. So good!!

I have ordered their enchiladas twice and it has been very good. I want to compliment the nice man that realized I had brought the wrong credit card and was being refused my order, he covered my bill for me......yes, gentlemen still exist, I asked if we could have lunch together but he couldn't, I forgot his name but gals, I tell you, if I could have I would have kept him........oh, my dog really enjoys their food too, yes, I share with my dog who I refer to not as my dog but as my daughter. $7 for a plate of 3 tacos loaded with meat and a side of rice and beans. What a steal. Not only were the tacos loaded up with carnitas, but the tacos themselves were bigger than your average food truck taco. They accept card, and asked if I wanted a mild or hot sauce. I chose mild that day, and the green sauce they provided was smoky, ever so slightly spicy, delicious accompaniment to my tacos.

Love their pupusas! Jalapeño and black bean are my go tos. The hot sauce is tasty, too.

Very friendly service and great food! I love the pupusas. Possibly best of all is they're located close to my home.

Pretty rude service, was asking for help and just ignored questions. Food was slow for a food truck.

We opted for the drink as we were heading to a friend's for dinner. I got the ensalada while my boyfriend got the horchata and I appreciated how the cashier asked if we wanted ice or not. We also saw some cute Halloween decorated conchas and saw that for four of them was 9.95 so got that to share with our friends. The conchas were delicious and not too sweet. There was plenty of parking near the location. When you enter, you see the restaurant half which is a lovely, cozy space that can seat many customers of all party sizes. They have a section for napkins, utensils and to go boxes too. If you go to the left, that is the bakery as well as small store of different goodies. They had all types of pastries, cakes, and snacks that you can choose from. The prices seem fair. When we entered the bakery side, the employees welcomed us and told us to let them know if we have any questions. Very friendly and quick service! We definitely want to come back to try their pastries, cakes, and food again. They also do have a point system that you can sign up for to get discounts and even a birthday reward too.

Customer service is always great and I love their 3 tacos and rice and beans plate. I order the same thing every time and no change in quality over the last 6 years. Our server was so sweet and attentive. We ordered chicken tamales and a queso and spinach pupusa and a queso and chicharron pupusa. We also went through two baskets of chips and salsa, which were divine. We both really enjoyed the food. The tamales are a bit expensive at 6.50 each, but they're a safe food for me with my food allergies. So to me it's worth it! There are potatoes and peppers in with the chicken. The chicken was flavored well. These are gluten free and dairy free My partner had the pupusas. The chicharron was his favorite of the two as it was very flavorful. He also really enjoyed the sauce which tastes like a tomato soup flavor vs like a more traditional salsa. He wouldn't get the spinach again, but it wasn't bad. He said they were very comforting. We will be back! $25 to leave full and content.
