Now that's something I can not NOT taco bout. Those things will have me planning my schedule around the food trucks. One time I took home 15 order of tacos (2 tacos come in 1 order) just so everyone I know would understand my obsession. The owners are very nice and won't hesitate to have a conversation with you. I do wish they had better salsas -- green was coagulated and red was just super spicy oil. Tacos come piping hot so be careful not to scald yourself. The menu was very large with lots of choices. We received salsa and chips. A thick white queso was available for purchase. It was very good along with the salsa. We chose a double chicken fajita. We both received a set up of beans, rice, pico, sour cream, guacamole. Then out came a very large platter of fajita meat with onions, peppers, tomatoes. We each received three tortillas rolled up in foil. It was very good. A different kind of small cut up chicken than what I'm used to, but it was cooked very well and plenty of flavor. We would stop in and eat again if in the neighborhood.
