Then the tacos and tortas arrived. The Birria Torta was packed with flavor, and the quesabirria tacos were outstanding. The homemade blue corn tortillas were crispy, flavorful, and held together perfectly from first bite to last. Paired with their rich, savory consommé, it was easily some of the best birria I've had in OKC. What impressed us most was the attention to quality.
