    Beef empanada

This place was delicious! Very fresh and fast. We wanted to dine in, but we couldn't due to COVID. So we just ate in our car outside the restaurant. The salsa worked great with pretty much everything we ordered, one of the best salsas I've tried. My favorite thing I got was the plantains con queso. They LOAD the cheese on which made me happy. I definitely left full and satisfied!

Really good, and cheap! I bought 10 empanadas (5 chicken, 5 beef) and two of their guava pastries. Total came to about $18, including a 15% tip that I gave them. We got home and it was so good, we added sour cream, but the red sauce came with it. I preferred the chicken empanadas, but my daughter liked the beef better. Service was great too! Place was really busy, but they were still super friendly. I will definitely be back.

I ordered "Milanesa de Pollo" and it came with Rice, beans, and fries. The portion size was great compared to other restaurants. The Chicken was nice and crispy, with great flavor. The white rice, also had some flavor unexpectedly, and was greatly pared with the beans. Fries was a nice touch to the plate. This is from what I heard a Columbian restaurant/ bakery. I had their pastries before and it is nothing to exciting, and their empanadas were greasy and bland. Their service is amazing, their breakfast options are vast. I never had Colombian food before, but this experience was excellent. Definitely worth going.

Everything we've eaten from the bakery here has been amazing. The arepa and the empanadas are will be back many more times.

The beans and the rice were very good. The meat was way overcooked. They deep-fried my chicken and it was pretty hard to eat. I think with a little guidance they could be a good restaurant. We're now they get 2 stars.

Breakfast and bakery menu. Chicken and beef empanadas.

The staff is always rude, but the empanadas are always good. That's the only reason I come back.

They had a smaller breakfast menu, but I landed on their homestyle breakfast with bacon, potatoes, and raisin toast. They also had an option to have liver mush, which I never heard of or tried. The cashier mentioned it's like a slab of pork. My friend had the Cajun grits, and I almost ordered that, but had an unpleasant experience with grits at the last restaurant I went to, so wanted a safe bet. It did take a little longer than anticipated for my plate to come out, but the staff is very pleasant and kind. My meal was very simple but very good. My favorite part of it was the bacon. It was perfectly crisp with the right amount of crunch. I tried it with the raisin toast, and it was sweet and savory. My friend commented that the grits were good, too. The prices there were even better. I would definitely support again if I was in the area.

It's a breakfast/brunch kinda spot. We got breakfast burrito with bacon and turkey sausage, quiche slice, cheesy grits and a blueberry scone. The prices are real reasonable. The quiche was maybe my favorite quiche if all time ! The grits were not my cup of tea ...a little too savory to me but I'm sure they have their audience. Service was good and there is no inside so no "ambience" lol . A great spot to grab food if you in Gastonia ! Very reasonable price. Someone tell Keith Lee about Fannie's!
