this company is not reliable. it they don't answer phone calls…read more use non-english speaking personale and when asked questions nothing was able to be answered.

I go back and forth LV to LA a lot...sometimes weekly. Driving solo is tiring not mention the gas…read moreand wear and tear on vehicle. Flying is a hassle and can get expensive and I personally don't enjoy it. For me the best way is via bus. There's numerous bus offerings now that cater to different needs. There's more luxurious Lux bus, to the double decker megabus among others. They are now equipped with WiFi, outlets for your devices, some play movies while others are no frills get you point A to point B type. I had to leave last minute and this bus was the only one available. It was no longer being offered online as an option to book (45 min til departure) so I called the number and reserved with my name and number and they told me where to wait. I get to the Bokai Hotel on Rosemead and the bus comes on time. Perfect. The bus is smaller than the large buses (seats around 70) I'm used to but that's more my type. Just means less people and less drama to deal with. The bus itself seats 27 people and when I left on a Saturday afternoon there was only 8 of us total. Reminds me of those party buses in Vegas minus the stripper pole, uv lights and alcohol. This being a Chinese bus, most travelers were Asian and it was quiet and respectful. Most people are on business for a convention being held at the Palazzo. There were no crying babies, no one speaking on their cell being a drama Llama, no drunk party crews, no music playing on the cell phone for everyone to do the nae nae, no one smoking a joint in the bathroom and no b.o. This is from personal experience with various other buses. I spoke with the guy that gives you your ticket/receipt and I found out their bus line has only been open since April 2015. No wonder it has a new car smell and hasn't been tainted by the aforementioned pet peeves. The seats are comfortable and the air conditioning is the bomb especially on this hot day..you might want to bring a small blanket if you get cold easily. The only thing is there is no WiFi on this bus or outlets for your devices. There are seat belts though which I appreciate. From Rosemead, it stops on Colima in Rowland Heights then Baker for a short break (driver asks if we want to stop or keep going and also how long we want to take) before going straight to Vegas. Excalibur, Ballys and Chinatown is where the bus stops once in Vegas. I'm glad this service is around. For $25 I travel in comfort, get some sleep and recharge so when I wake I can take Vegas by storm!
