They make their pasta from scratch, and you can even see how they make it from the outside. We ordered their Strozzapreti Alia Gricia and Mille foglie de Melanzane. The Strozzapreti Alia Gricia is homemade pasta with stone-ground flour, along with pork, pecorino cheese, and pepper. The Mille foglie de Melanzane are eggplants layered with mozzarella, along with cherry tomatoes, parmesan, EVO oil, salt, and basil. Now I am explaining this because their menu is mostly in Italian. There are some translations, but they are not helpful with ordering. They do have an online menu via QR code with translation and images, but the signal in the area was bad, and there's no WiFi. Now, as for Strozzapreti Alia Gricia, I know the pasta is homemade, but when presented, it was undercooked. I know there's a fine line between al dente and undercooked, and this is undercooked. The taste and flavor were not bad. The Mille foglie de Melanzane, on the other hand, was better. It had good flavor and texture, and the cheese melted nicely for cheese pulls. Not sure if it was the time I went, or something else, but I was not impressed with their homemade pasta. The Miscellaneous The restaurant is in the pedestrian-enclosed area on Lincoln Road. The initial Google Maps pin is set at the wrong location, making it hard to find. There is not much parking near the restaurant, so you need to park in the garage or on the street. The restaurant has seating inside, but it is not very large. But they set up outdoor seating, and there is quite a bit of it. The dining environment itself is good, and you can also watch them make pasta if you want. The staff was sincere, and the service was good. But let me say this, though: having a hard-to-read menu and staff asking if you are ready does not help speed up ordering. Also, it seems you have no choice but to have 20% added to your bill, whether you are dining alone or not. Did I neglect to mention that they neglect to mention it? All in all, with the abundance of Italian restaurant options, maybe try something else?

Friendly but his face couldn't hide he did not want to be there. I can go to a Greek place or the Palestinian place on coral way any time for 10 times the amount of food.
