Instead, I got only cheese and sour cream and 1/3 had lettuce. I went back up and asked for the onions and cilantro. The onions didn't seemed pickled to me. I often eat picked onions on salads and these seemed like regular raw onions. The meat was overcooked and really dry. There was no spice, no acid, no flavor. The one plus is that the portion side was good. The "street corn" was like a can of corn with some taco seasonings. None of the zesty mayo, lime or creaminess from the cheese. There was a bit of cheese "dusted" on top. For the price especially, I was expecting a ton of flavor.

I waited a little over an hour for my order 2 empanadas 2 arepas and 1 cachapa and the main issue was communication. When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me, so I expected a quicker service. 30 min Later I was told there were many phone orders before mine. A heads-up about longer wait times would really help customers plan better and decide to wait or not. The food has good flavor, but better organization and communication would improve the overall experience.

It was cheesier than I expected and just too much. The cheese overshadowed the taste of the meat which was the main reason I ordered the Cachapa that had meat. One good thing though is that it wasn't heavy and did not give me indigestion unlike other heavier, cheesy foods. I should have just ordered an empanada instead. Maybe I'll give them another try if I'm the area to see how the empanadas are. Perhaps that's what people have enjoyed from this business.
