And now Rise is hanging a TV in the seating area. Few enough places of respite from the constant barrage of media, and even with the volume down, the flickering screen will be a distraction. I will not be sitting inside anymore, and I will really miss that because this is the only sit-down coffee place in Sunnyside. (revision) I received the response from the ownership and realized that it isn't a question of quality, this place still rocks, its just that it used to be one of the oases from constant screen-time. Now there is no place like that in Sunnyside, and i mourn that. If TVs are your thing, then this place might just be paradise. - stars restored

The rustic and vintage interior is inviting and enjoyable. The dining rooms were empty when we arrived, but there were plenty of tables telling me this is probably a popular choice among locals. They also have a drive thru which is a convenience offering at a local restaurant.
