Seriously, who wants a taco that's just a ball of greasy cheese?  These tacos had an excellent amount of good-quality meat. The broth tasted notably different from any other I've had, but not in a bad way. If I had to describe the taste in one word, it would be "authentic," which can be a good or bad thing based on your preference. I also liked how nothing was overly oily or greasy. As for the sides, they tasted well but nothing crazy. They didn't leave a huge impression, but I did enjoy how I was able to alternate between them or even add some of it inside the tacos. I hope more Birria places begin to add sides because $20 for three tacos alone is unreasonable.
