I was first introduced to al pastor about 10 years ago down in the Valley on a trip to S. Padre. We happened upon a little restaurant that shared space with a bus station and the lunch special on the board read "Tacos al Pastor". Unfamiliar and adventurous I tried them and was blown away. This stand serves them up just the same, three little soft corn tortillas filled with a spicy mixture of chili marinated pork, pineapple cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime juice. Add either the red or green hot sauce, fold, eat, and wipe your chin clean. When they say to stop and smell the roses once and a while, I think they might be referring to these little gems that mostly go unnoticed on the roadside. The couple running this truck are so nice and the service is perfect. Tacos are amazing and cost $1 each The price is right and they are fresh. This is the perfect place to stop by for a quick bite! Not sure on weekday hours but they are open on Saturday and Sunday after 6pm I believe. Try it, you'll love it
