I finally recognized my parents phone number on an order laying by the cash register. Apparently someone else had taken our order. Between wearing a mask and having a strong accent there was a misunderstanding. She immediately put our order to the front of the line. She then gave us a $5 discount for having to wait. We did have to wait a few minutes but our order was piping hot and very fresh. Burger Shop generally has really juicy delicious burgers and we were not disappointed.
