We got several compliments in the food, and for the first time ever, didn't have to stock an extra fridge with leftovers because everything was devoured. We spent less than we would have if I had prepared everything (always make way too much) and I didn't have the agony of prepping and cooking for days prior. Just washed the serving dishes and left them out for pickup the next day.
