When served, it's basically a shot inside a large glass. The prices for the drinks are rather high for the area but, would be normal in the US.

Choosing the best pastes in the area may seem difficult, as the town is FULL of paste shops. However, the line forming outside of Pastes El Portal is telling. This is the oldest bakery making pastes in the traditional English fashion with both classic English and fun Mexican fillings. Pastes are made to order and are served piping hot! You know your product is good when people are walking out with huge boxes to take home to their friends and families. If ever in this quaint little town, Pastes El Portal is a MUST. Like out tour guide said "Si vienen a Real del Monte y no prueban los pastes, no vinieron a Real del Monte" (If you come to Real del Monte and you don't try the pastes, you didn't come to Real del Monte)!
