The owner is professional and kind. Everything is cooked to order but worth the wait. Her hygiene practices are wonderful. Her prices are very reasonable and even lower than a chain for a burger combo! My favorite place to grab a meal after working in the yard and need a food run!

The lady who took my order said they have a regular chicken tenders meal but I said I wanted the kids meal cause I don't eat a lot. She then said "It's the same amount of food." which, ok cool, but I don't think that should be said cause they can lose out on money. Just my opinion. And FYI, I very often get kids meals cause I really don't eat a lot. Not trying to save money or anything. The meal came with two chicken tenders, sauce, fries and a drink. Fries were good. The fried chicken at Tracks and Surfside Club is way better than at Eugene's. The cole slaw is also better. My girlfriend is a native of Alabama and she was no fan either. She thought her chicken was tough. I got two different styles of beer and they were tasteless. I might as well ordered a Bud Light. And, of course, the music was way too loud.

The lines have been usually very long but on this cold Saturday (15 degrees) the line was short, but remained consistent. The menu is short but good. We got the Maine and Connecticut versions, lobster tots, clam chowder, shrimp taco, and some whoopie pies (I know, I know but my wife doesn't like lobster, before you start thinking "what a fat a..", our daughter was home for weekend, the other lobster roll was hers, though I'd happily eaten both rolls). Lot of comments about being pricey, but it's cheaper than at any restaurant, and the portions are the same, so prices are about right if not on the cheap side. The rolls were very good, my daughter and I preferred the warm buttery Connecticut version. The taco was also good but probably be better with lobster. The clam chowder was delicious, with large chunks of clam. The tots paired well with the rolls and the taco and contained a good amount of lobster. Most people get it to go and leave but some stay and dine in the brewery which has a few long tables. They also have a nice stone patio with a fire place to warm up. When they're in town you should really pick up some lobster rolls for a nice lunch or dinner.

Since they also have a Conecuh Corndog I thought they would basically be mini corn dogs. Instead it was typical hushpuppies with small pieces of the sausage mixed in. Not bad but not quite what I was expecting. They also were a little greasier than I thought they should be. The pimento cheese & pepper jelly was a nice accompaniment and added to the flavor. Ultimately I will probably try something else next time. I got a side of the Mac N Cheese which is my usual go to at most all the locations. Banana Pudding is also good. It did not take long to order and food was ready pretty quickly. The Colonel (Sweet Tea Fried Chicken, Pimento Cheese, Tomato, Pickles & white BBQ sauce) is one of my favorites and my wife is a fan of the Smoked Chicken.

Urban ice is a food truck I am just now hearing of when I attended an event at the bham central library. At this event , they provided a raffle ticket for a free shaved ice. YAY!!! I picked cherry and lime as my flavors. Most places allow two flavors as this was no different. I really enjoyed my shaved ice and it was very refreshing and the perfect size. Although my order was complimentary, the prices were reasonable. The staff was very nice and took pride in their product. In addition to shaved ice , they serve fresh squeezed lemonade.
