The owner is professional and kind. Everything is cooked to order but worth the wait. Her hygiene practices are wonderful. Her prices are very reasonable and even lower than a chain for a burger combo! My favorite place to grab a meal after working in the yard and need a food run!

The chicken tenders were big and breaded nicely. The ranch was good. Not quite as good as Wi by Stop, but better than packet ranch. (This is important to some of us... ) The chairs are not very comfy. Metal chairs that don't provide back support. Overall a good experience. This is a food truck that also offers delivery. VERY VERY disappointed. First off, the menu does not describe it, but most of the wings options come with fries. When I opened the container to chow down, I was so let down I wanted to cry (not really cry like tears though...well, maybe the food heart in me did). The wings are TINY TINY TINY TINY. Itty itty itty bitty. Think the length and the width of a pinkie finger. I have small hands (I need to buy child-sized gloves for winter wear and kid's sized shoes) and as you can see from the picture, they are smaller than a normal sized fork. What was more, I paid extra for "extra saucy wings." There was barely any sauce coating one side let alone being extra saucy! What was more, they were soggy and the minimal meat that was on the bone was a poor and tough quality. Thus, 1/5 for size, 1/5 for crispiness 1/5 for meat quality, 1/5 for sauce. RUN AWAAAY! My friend ordered the Philly with fries. My egg rolls looked as if they had been reheated. They did throw in a soul food egg roll I guess for us to try. All of them were extra....crunchy, and I had to break the end parts off because they were dry and overcooked. I don't remember my friend having anything either way to say about his food. There was no option for the drink...they just handed us some green punch in a cup. The ice machine wasn't working and the lady had to go across the street for ice. The ice in our punch had already melted. There was both inside and outside seating. Overall, I think I will stick to the food truck when it's on my side of town. I wasn't really happy with my food but I know they offer better options. One thing to note....there was a kid in the place that was watching something on the tv (YouTube, maybe?) that, in my opinion was inappropriate due to the subject matter and profanity. Since they also have a Conecuh Corndog I thought they would basically be mini corn dogs. Instead it was typical hushpuppies with small pieces of the sausage mixed in. Not bad but not quite what I was expecting. They also were a little greasier than I thought they should be. The pimento cheese & pepper jelly was a nice accompaniment and added to the flavor. Ultimately I will probably try something else next time. I got a side of the Mac N Cheese which is my usual go to at most all the locations. Banana Pudding is also good. It did not take long to order and food was ready pretty quickly. The Colonel (Sweet Tea Fried Chicken, Pimento Cheese, Tomato, Pickles & white BBQ sauce) is one of my favorites and my wife is a fan of the Smoked Chicken.

Urban ice is a food truck I am just now hearing of when I attended an event at the bham central library. At this event , they provided a raffle ticket for a free shaved ice. YAY!!! I picked cherry and lime as my flavors. Most places allow two flavors as this was no different. I really enjoyed my shaved ice and it was very refreshing and the perfect size. Although my order was complimentary, the prices were reasonable. The staff was very nice and took pride in their product. In addition to shaved ice , they serve fresh squeezed lemonade.
