Gets the soup! A great scrumptious filling vibrant soup,…read morethe likes of which u will not c at any other Mexi pad in N.AL. Tons o veggies, herbs, chx, .. it a complete meal. Menu loaded with all your Mexi specialties, quesadillas, flautas.. .. .. etc. etc. Waitstaff kind and friendly; Gots checked on multiple times by multiple folks, hard-workin Fultondale restauranteurs. Convenient lil place. Ask for their killer max spice salsa; mind-bending, no joke. Warning- they would not reveal the peppers used. :)

we had a great experience at Casa Fiesta. there were 5 adults and a baby and our dishes were good…read more the guacamole was not my favorite - it was a little smoother than i'd like (i like a fresh chunky guac with tomatoes and onions) and it definitely was made some time before we got it. i got the burrito majorda (i think?) and it was well done. the flavors were right and i enjoyed it. husband got chile rellenos and was very pleased with how they came out. the fajita nachos were flavored well however the chips were thin and the fajita meat was cut thick so harder to eat. our server was very attentive and made sure our drinks were full and our meals were to our liking. the environment was your standard americanized mexican. they had big booths and tables and there was room to move in the aisles. overall we enjoyed our meals and had a nice evening out. we would return!!

I have been to this taco truck many times since they move in to the Tarrant neighborhood. At first…read morethey were so delicious, where I have love all their meats. Throughout the years they have been inconsistent with the seasoning and how the meat is cooked. They have a variety of meats and always have to ask if they have certain meat available. I love how they cook the tortillas with a little oil and the meat juice which is very savory when eating them. Another dish I really love getting is the Huarache, which is a fried corn patty with your meat choice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, jalapeños, sour cream and cotija cheese. Other dishes are either a hit or miss, which I rarely get. So if you in the neighborhood you should try them and hopefully is a hit.

Tarrant has limited choices so my husband was excited to find something tasty from this taco truck…read more He thinks the tacos with the soft corn tortillas, which are lightly crisped around the edges, are delicious. They come with cilantro, onions, and shredded cheese. The chicken is his go to meat choice for the tacos. I was able to try a bite of the chicken and thought it was juicy and had a nice grilled flavor. He has also enjoyed his steak burritos stuffed with beans, rice, onions, and cilantro. I love the soft and chewy flour tortilla. He likes the steak but says the flavor is not like that of typical beef steak. I ordered a torta with Alpastor (spicy pork). The Alpastor was very good with big chunks of tender meat. The bread was not quite as soft and chewy as others I've had, maybe this roll was a little stale. Overall the flavor of the sandwich was good and even better with a dash of hot sauce. Grab a drink from the ice chest underneath the window. They offer a variety of sodas in glass bottles or cans. Also spotted some bottled water, Gatorade, and energy drinks. They have pickled vegetables sitting out with the drinks. Although I typically enjoy them as part of the taco truck experience I wasn't adventurous enough to try the ones that had been sitting out uncovered in Tarrant city. Hubby says the line is usually long at lunch so you may benefit from going at an off time.
