Visiting from NH on a Sunday night, this was one of the few open restaurants. Taking a chance, we ordered shrimp fajitas and a beef chimichanga. The waiters were very attentive without being overly present which is a very tricky skill! They were more than gracious when I inquired about making the chimichanga spicy, refilled the chips and salsa quickly, and were very outgoing.
The food was hot, fresh, and the chips and salsa were homemade and very unique. Coming from the southwest, it's very hard to find authentic Mexican in both NH and in KY. This place was an excellent example of finding a hidden gem. The restaurant seemed very new but the staff was experienced, fast, and accommodating. It's a rare 5 star and I plan to visit on my next trip. read more
