Mentioned my son had a lip tie and tongue tie and without any explanation or previous warning proceeded to open my son's mouth and begin to examine and of course my son was startled and crying, she was so aggressive and was like nothing happened. This lady is not a MD or dentist to be opening or viewing anything. I complained with my insurance and starting a report. I have never been so shocked by a speech therapist first visit unlike this experience.

I spoke with my child's school speech teacher and she assured me that I should continue to speak Spanish as well. I was discouraged to view my child during therapy and my child did not seem too happy to be there. The directors lack of compassion and my child's anxiety towards this place has left a bad taste, I will not be going back.

After paying a high co-pay each visit and meeting my deductible in February, I informed Emily the office manager that we had reached enough visits to meet our deductible which would mean a lesser co -pay. She advised that I continue to pay the high co-pay until the claims were processed. She assured that we would be reimbursed the difference. I continued to pay the higher co-pay checking with Emily and my insurance company weekly on the status of claims processing. After getting the run around and continuing to pay and pay the high deductible, I discontinued service with AB&P in April. By this time they owed us $300. I continued calling and checking with Emily and my insurance company at least on a monthly basis. By now we are in August, we have not received a penny back of our money and Emily has completely blown me off. On our last conversation she said she would check with the owner Hector about our reimbursement. Never heard back. I called and left another message, still nothing. I'm exhausted from begging for our money back. Lesson learned, I don't think we'll ever see our reimbursement. The therapist are great here so if you don't have a co-pay this place is for you.

Gracias Natalie.
