Two hard beef tacos, beef enchilada and something else

Quality, filling food for a great price. Inital time to order was a little long, but once we had a waitress she was attentive and nice. My sister did order the corn tortillas, but was given the flour ones. My friend thought the staff as a whole was nice and sincere. A different one cleared the table. Another one brought the check. Plenty of parking. 5a% off bill when cash is paid.

Good portion with fresh ingredients! Fast and kind service with free parking. Would recommend.

This place was amazing don't have anything bad to say about it. The food was so goooood. Worst part about all this was I couldn't stop eating. The service was amazing too. And the place is just amazing and sparking with life.

Found this place from the sign on the highway so was unsure of what to expect. What a pleasant surprise!!!! We were immediately greeted, offered the choice of a booth or a table, chose a booth, given menus and had our drink order taken. Our drinks came out with chips salsa and ranch. The Chips were delicious crisp and fresh. We ordered an appetizer which came out quickly and then our order was taken. My friend got steak fajitas and I chose a taco salad. When the entrees arrived the fajita was sizzling and my taco salad was on a hot plate and perfectly presented. It wasn't just good looking. It was delicious! Julia our server made sure to check on the food -delicious- and made sure drinks were refilled. She checked with us a few times and asked about dessert but we were full. We were just in town for the weekend but the food and service were so good I had to give them a shout out! A memorable lunch for all the right reasons.

Strawberry Margarita What happened to the nice Margarita glasses? Oh well still tastes good!

Redemption! When we came a year ago, it was first time we had a poor experience & food. Like I said, we travel to the area every year or 2, and this is a regular stop for us. Tonight, everything was very good. Server was attentive and quick, food was delicious and served fast. Margarita was a bit disappointed in presentation at a Mexican place on National Margarita Day in an uninspired pint glass, but it was good. Little light on the tequila. Prices are unbelievable! Dinner for 4 with 2 margaritas and 2 desserts shared was under $80! Outstanding value. Portions are generous. Food is very good. Not the best Mexican you will have, but really good for where you are. Fresh & tasty. Very enjoyable. We will continue to make this a regular stop when we vacation in area.

Four stars for the great service and friendly folks at this local Mexican restaurant. We had a family of four eat for under $50, so the value was good as well. We liked the chips and dips. The chimichanga was average but the fajitas were very good. The vegetarian burrito was flavorful. The Kids burger was surprisingly good as well. If you're in town, don't miss this great stop in Elkton.

Excellent food and service, fun restaurant! Was here with a friend for dinner after hiking at Shenandoah National Park, this is a few minutes from the Swift Run Gap at the center of the park, very convenient! The menu was huge, had all the usual tacos, burritos, fajitas, and some more unusual items. They brought us a basket of fresh chips - not very salty, crispy, not greasy, and two salsas - a mild chunky tomato salsa and a white salsa. The white salsa is a bit like ranch dressing but has sour cream and other flavors. I liked to alternate trying them. When I asked the waitress if they had a spicy salsa she said they have some like "ti amo" not sure exactly what she said but it was a more orange red color and thin and extremely hot, loved it! I tried that hot salsa with one chip and then had to have some water and cool down with the white salsa. Then I was back for more of the hot salsa! I tried something I had not had before - fajita salad. This was in a big bowl, no taco shell or tortilla, was like a taco salad but with fajita steak, chicken, or shrimp on top, and it had that crumbly cojito white cheese on top instead of typical cheddar and Monterey cheese blend etc. My salad was delicious and even after hiking most of the day I could not eat this whole salad. It was very good, recommended. My friend was happy to see chimichangas on the menu and got them with shrimp and the veggies on the side. She ate all hers too, with some veggies left over. We were stuffed but happy! No desert, no room! If you go to the restrooms, they are hilarious, playing audio from a language lesson for Spanish. Entertaining soundtrack on the speakers! Everything was clean, fast service, they got all our special requests right, I got my water without ice, we got our hot salsa, etc. The prices were also very reasonable for such a nice sit down meal and relaxing time. Felt okay sitting there in hiking books and tired, came out refreshed and energized. Would go again, recommended!

Nice place. Very busy. They have indoor and outdoor seating available, although fall is now here - getting chilly. Service was good. $6 Margarita specials. Food was good. I had tacos and the Mrs had a taco salad. We finished it off with a fried ice cream.

We were in the area to celebrate a baby shower and decided to have a group dinner. Mr Garcia was recommended and we were all in!!! Few things cannot be cured with a delicious quesadilla. Upon arriving, parking was FULL! Certainly popular. We even ran into friends in the lot pulling up with their parties too. It's a large establishment! Menu was full of great options- from meat, to chicken, to veggie. Can I just say- as a Spanish speaker myself, I know the food will be good and authentic when native Mexicans are managing and owning the establishment. Even the servers were bilingual! We started with a round of drinks, I ordered a pina colada and several at the table ordered peach margaritas and modelos. Drinks were delicious and a good size! The special prices were just right. Then we ordered our main entrees. Due to it being a Friday in lent, I ordered the veggie combo where I had several options to pick 2 from for a meal. I got the chile relleno with cheese potatoes and beans and the veggie quesadilla. It was very filling! The food came out straight from the kitchen! Other dishes ordered also looked incredible- from the arroz con pollo to the taco salad. The chips weren't my favorite, tbh. Seemed a little burnt and thick. I like my tortilla chips from restaurants "restaurant style" so thin and greasy and crispy, and these weren't that :( they also had a white sauce served with chips and it was sweet and strange honestly. Of all the authentic aspects of this cuisine, this one pick didn't belong. I understand wanting to cater to the locals but this sauce didn't seem enjoyable at all. The chips also aren't bottomless, one basket more is free and any following is $1.99, not much but still. I ordered a flan to go! I'll absolutely be back!

Nothing to write home about but fine for the area. Tbh if I wanted actual high quality food I'd usually just go to Harrisonburg or the next town over, Massanutten or Penn laird. Still, they have a bar... that never turns its tv on. I think it knows what it is and does what it is fine. Service is good enough. Ambiance is generic?

So, this place had awesome service. The waitress was polite, attentive and yet her broken English worked perfectly for the position she was in. She knew the menu and came back to check on us more than a few times. 4/5 stars for the service. She was the best thing about the place. For the food, 1 star. The pictures on the yelp site showing the food explain it all. Notice some images show the food with excess liquid, I mean watery beans without any flavor? And then the rice was served without any seasoning. The guacamole came with huge chunks of tomatoes and it was hard to separate the avocado from the tomatoes. When we sat the waitress brought out chips and salsa. Half the chips were going stale. The salsa was good but more of a liquid consistency. We asked the chips be sent back and new ones brought out. The waitress did without a complaint. Then the things went downhill fast. My wife ordered the Chicken Fajitas for two, "Meh." I asked her about the beans and rice, "Meh." At least the margarita was good. It was sweet, but that is common and can depend on someone else's palate. She requested the corn tortillas because she forgot to order them at the beginning. The waitress brought them out without a problem. They tasted, "Meh." I ordered the Deluxe Burrito, it came out looking like a Picasso done by a three year old, filled with beef from a chef who used to work at the Bell. I tried to eat it but, "Meh." Long and short, nothing had seasoning unless it had the wrong seasoning and nothing was done right. This place deserves a 1 star.
