Well I've found my new favorite Mexican restaurant in Springfield! We came in on a Monday night and…read moreit was busy at 7:30 which was a great sign. They had a nice entrance with some specials highlighted that we decided to sample. The salsa is a good portion which I always like and we ordered the salsa sampler which surprisingly came with homemade pork rinds. I wasn't expecting that! The green salsa was very good but the bean one with hot dogs wasn't my favorite. We decided to split the chicken and steak (mixed) molcajete and had a frozen and spicy skinny margarita (both delicious). The molcajete was absolutely humongous and enough food for 4 or 6 people. They brought us a side of jalapeños that were great as well as a spicy salsa for me (who loved the heat). I'll definitely be back here to try more from the menu!

I've returned after a few months of traveling and being away from Spring Hill and…read morerecently came back after a so so experience with watered down margaritas but let me tell you - this time they knocked it out of the park! Ambiance: great central location, friendly and we came early enough to avoid parking issues. It's your standard mexican motif with tables, Hi-Tops in the bar, booths and Patio seating (which was our choice on a gorgeous day) Service: After taking my a bit too long to be seated we finally got there and from there on service was great. I don't think our waiter spoke very much english but he was a hustler and was always refreshing drinks and checking in on us! Food: Food was spot on and honestly for the price Kills other places for the value and portions you get...won't name names but Tito's comes to mind (lol). Food was hot, fresh and very tasty - everything you want when out with loved ones! Value: Great value and had enough to take home as well! Spot on! Go - Enjoy and Keep Munching!!

I came to Mami Panchi Grill specifically for one thing, pupusas…read more I am a huge fan of pupusas and this place did not disappoint. The pupusas were nice sized and were around three dollars each. It is a small restaurant, but it has a pleasant enough ambiance. My server was extremely friendly and professional. I went with three pupusas, two mixed and one steak and cheese. When my plate was brought, the pupusas looked great. They also tasted great. The cabbage was okay, but nothing special or great. Maybe even mediocre, but the pupusas were very good. Parking wasa bit limited in the front, but they had additional parking in the rear. I would definitely recommend Mami Panchi Gtill if you are in the Springfield, Tennessee area. I will give Mami Panchi Grill five stars.

I had the lengua (beef tongue) the chicharron (pork skin) and the chorizo (sausage) all were very good and very filling. I didn't need 3 for sure. The chorizo was by far my favorite and I will def have it again sometime. I walked in and it was pretty slow for a lunch time. I walked right up and ordered at the counter. The girl was very nice and helpful and my food was out in about 10 minutes. I definitely recommend you try this spot out if you are in the Springfield area.

Ordered chicharron pupusas and they were by far the worst pupusas I have ever had, very oily, like the dough was dripping in oil, found chunks of chicharron in my pupusa, which if you know pupusas, the chicharron is blended until it's more of a puree than a whole piece of meat. They don't give you enough curtido and when I asked for more they took a while to bring it, and after they brought my food, they did not back to see if everything was ok. I didnt know if they brought the receipt to pay at the table or not, so after waiting a while, just went to the register to pay.
