I ask for extra green chili because I like my fries SMOTHERED, not with one scoop dumped on top while the rest of the fries are dry underneath. I've even offered to pay extra because apparently asking for more chili is treated like some outrageous request. On top of that, the cheese is almost never melted. Since my orders are constantly wrong, I started calling ahead just to politely remind them about the extra chili. Yesterday, the worker recognized me immediately and gave me attitude, saying, "You call here all the time." Yes... because my order is almost always made incorrectly. As a paying customer, I should not feel like I'm inconveniencing employees for wanting my food made properly. The attitude from the staff is unacceptable, especially toward repeat customers who spend money there regularly. Do better, Good Times. Train your employees to respect PAYING customers!

I got the cardamom bun latte. I was expecting more spiced flavor, I didn't really get that. While I wouldn't get that same drink again, I got this donut cake pastry that was absolutely phenomenal. It was like biting into a cloud, and the bottom was dusted with a cinnamon sugar which elevated the plain cake. It had a decadent chocolate glaze that was so delicious. I wish it would have been a bit thicker but all in all it was very scrumptious. For that donut cake alone I would definitely come back.
