Unfortunately, they were busy with a bulk order and weren't taking orders or customers at that time but the staff indicated their baked goods were also sold at Smith's. I bought a sweet potato snack cake and a mini pecan pie. I didn't try to items until I got back home in Virginia and was mad at myself because if I knew they were going to be that good I would have bought MORE. The sweet potato snack cake was moist and flavorful with the right amount of spice and the pecan pie had a tender crust, was full of nuts and not too sweet. I will make a point to stop by Tastee Bakery Creations the next time I am in the area. Check them out.

The spacious Deck is one of the best dining venues within miles. It's peaceful, scenic, bucolic and relaxing. Service is friendly and the dishes we have tried were well-prepared, innovative and delicious. The Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce ($21 with two sides) was as good as any I have had. The thick loin was pleasantly crunchy with a quick burst of tangy flavor. The inside was juicy, flaky and tender. The Roasted Mixed Vegetables were slightly undercooked, allowing the flavors of the Carrots, Cauliflower and Broccoli to stand out. The Potato Salad was OK, but I would have preferred something more zippy and zesty. The Chicken Salad Sandwich ($8.49 with one side) was smooth and creamy. I can certify that I am not sad eating GF goods from here whereas I am with popular name brands such as Udis. As a West Virginian, I have rarely seen pepperoni rolls made outside of WV except here. For them to be gluten free I've never seen anywhere else. They are exceptional especially if you put them in a toaster oven and let the cheese melt and the pepperoni sizzle and the bread get a little toast on it. This is an extremely small shop with no public restroom. Most of the items are frozen but they do have fresh daily offerings.
