Some other selections may be limited or priced high... and, the most off-putting part is the smell coming from the floor drain just up from the baked goods. The old plumbing stench is rough. I get it tho, there's no quick, easy (or cheap) fix.

Complained how he had just mopped the floor and how the store closes in "a little over half an hour" and kept making comments about how annoying it is for him when customers come in after he just finished mopping the floor. The sign on the door said the store was open until 10 pm so i'm confused why the cashier would mop the floor 40 mins before the store closes and then proceed to complain when customers come to purchase items during open hours... I would understand if we came in 5 minutes before closing..but this was 40 minutes before close. The entire time we were in the store he kept going on and on and just wouldn't stop about how annoying it is for him. We repeatedly apologized for inconveniencing him so much...It made us very uncomfortable and made us feel unwelcomed which was disappointing because that isn't the kind of service we are used to receiving here. Please check the camera footage if there is any available.

It seems to be within a month. There are some pretty unique choices. Some are priced really well & others are pretty high. As expected, I left with a bunch of random things that I really didn't need, including 2 pair of Foster Grant readers, with cases for under $5. If nothing else, it's worth going through to see what weird things you find.

If you aren't sure what suits you best, the staff are happy to assist qith finding a good fit for you. Not only that, they are excited to face the challenge. The drawback that lost them the number 1 spot for me is location. It isn't a very big town but I am on the exact opposite side of townq. Meaning I drive right by the closest competitor long before I get to Arrowhead. They also have alightly less inventory. We still make a point of stopping in, particularly for special events.

We had the $12 kraut fries and I was expecting a punch in the mouth with kraut & mustard, but both were used sparingly. The Halls were Decked & there was a special Holiday Drink Menu (thank you for now having one)that ranged from $5 - $15, with several $8 cocktails. I'd love to see a Holiday food menu worked in, too. There are several themed events coming up. The Pajama Party Fri & Ugly Christmas Sweater Sat & 2 more coming up the following week- Disco was one of the ones we won't be here for - next time. Given our preview tonight, I think we'll be hitting up both the PJ party & the Ugly sweater. Area for improvement: having the ingredients for the new drinks (should be in tomorrow tho & selling out is a good problem to have!) Also, more taco options... pizza and buns are just not it for me.
