The restaurant is brand new because they relocated from Cherry Street to Max Wagner Drive in Glasgow. I neglected to get pictures of it because it was raining. Poor excuse but it was a little dark. The inside was beautiful. Pictures next time. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Service was quick but the best part was the food quality. Fresh. Hot. Cooked just right. Steak cooked to a perfect medium. Tender as well. Always one of my favorite places to eat in Glasgow.

Nothing much was open on a Sunday night, so we decided to go to El Mazatlan, based on the reviews and the fact that it was near our hotel. The place was cute, but really, we didn't understand the hype. It was fine, but nothing special. The staff was very friendly, though, and that was nice.

This place was such a great surprise! We were staying at a local Air BNB which was nice experience outside of the big city Chicago and Orlando, and decided to check this place out. They are very friendly and helped with menu items. I ordered a vegetarian meal, and everything was on point; The enchiladas were even where every bite was as tasty as the first, the rice was soft and fluffy and soaks up all the juice from the beans and enchilada. The also had a drink deal for 2 margaritas (of course we order them lol) - and they were soo good. We couldn't stop talking about this restaurant since we got back home. This place is a must to try.

We stopped by lunch after Crystal Onyx cave tour. We were amazed by the food and the friendly service. Ample parking and very spacious restaurant. Their lunch special pricing was ver good. Had their steak fajitas, taco salad and a horchata. Quality was very fresh and delicious. The manager and workers checked up on us frequently. Definitely worth visiting after the cave tour!

This place provides great service and great food! The chille relleno is perfect-not too eggy. The taco ground beef has the best flavor. The decried beans are super tasty. The rice - kind of blah. There is a front (upstairs) and a rear (downstairs) entrance as well as outdoor seating in the rear. Staff are very attentive.

There was a covered portion, but we stayed in the sun to stay warm in the cool spring air. The server sat us immediately and brought us complimentary fresh chips and salsa. We were starving, so we gobbled them up while flipping through the extensive menu. The servers brought us extra chips and salsa while we waited for our food and drinks. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and two steak tacos off the à la carte lunch menu (until 3pm daily). There was a $0.99 upcharge each for grilled vs shredded chicken and carne asada vs ground beef, and it was totally worth it. My daughter ordered two grilled chicken quesadillas as well. And our friends ordered beef nachos and a fajita platter. All of it was delicious, with large portions. I had a couple of house margaritas, which were tasty and a steal at just $5.50 each. My only complaints were that the queso dip was rather small and not worth the $5, and (like most places) they charge way too much for a soda ($3.25). The service was excellent. Our server Juan was friendly and very attentive, and several others checked in on us throughout our meal to ensure we were taken care. I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Cave City, Hidden River Cave, or Kentucky Down Under.

Anyhow, it's white people taco night food. Steak fajitas were fine--steak was underseasoned and a bit chewy, but peppers, guac, and pico were relatively fresh. Tortillas were soft, rice and beans were lukewarm and nothing special. Food came out extremely fast, and I appreciated the big portions after a long day of hiking. Deep fried ice cream wasn't my favorite but maybe it's just not my thing.

The initial salsa was interesting, but not bad. My daughter's cheeseburger was what I expected in a Mexican restaurant. They even had good quality bun for it. My husband enjoyed his enchiladas. The horchata had a different flavor, I'm not sure what else was added, but I should have read the menu before ordering it because 32oz was a lot and it has a soda type taste. Overall, very happy about our dinner.

Probably some of the best Mexican food we've had north and east of El PasoTX and Costa Mesa CA! Start off with margaritas. I went for the top shelf and my wife for their regular. Must say the top shelf margarita had some terrific flavors! We also ordered the chunky guacamole to go with the chips and salsa. The chunky guacamole is the way to go! For our main courses, my wife decided on the Los Yolanda's (really chicken enchiladas) while I decided on their Carnitas platter. Our dishes came out surprisingly fast and were truly delicious! We were talked into an order of fried ice cream for dessert, again happy that we did as it was very yummy! An unexpected treat of complementary tequila shots and celebration of Cinco de Mayo was also truly appreciated. We did like the decor having a nice flare. We were so happy that many of the wait staff stopped by our table to ensure all was good. If we visit again, I'm sure we'll stop by! Keep up the great work!
