They looked to come from a fountain dispenser but I found it nicely brewed and was offered a refill. The menu was extensive with a lengthy list of lunch specials. I asked to substitute a green chicken chili enchilada for a cheese enchilada and was refused. This is the sole reason for taking away a star. I ended up with 2 cheese enchiladas with a sweet green chili sauce. The rice and beans were both very nice. The enchiladas were tasty. The total for both meals and 2 teas with tax was, wait for it... $21! Yes, just $21 so I ended up tipping just over 30%. The tip went into a tip jar I guess they will split. We were attended by 3 servers, all very nice and attentive. If not for the unwillingness to substitute cheese for chicken on the enchilada this little eatery could get 5 stars for everything else they did well.
