My first issue with the pork is it was haphazardly cut with a dull knife and the bigger chunks were excessively chewy. Thin slices are perfect for the fatty pieces because pork needs fat! Not a deal breaker this would have been 5 stars up to this point. My biggest issue is buying almost 2 pounds of meat the condiments were dis-portionate. One and a half limes for this much meat. The shredded cabbage, pico, and cilantro barely covered 7 tacos, we still have 33 more to go. Minus the 20 tortillas they shorted us it was still not enough. Now we are down to 4 stars. Lastly the flavor was lacking. Maybe it is a geographical thing; dunno. What I do know is the tacos @ Rana's in Nogales taste pretty close to the ones @ Delicias in Acapulco 3,500 miles away. This was a boring taco. Maybe I should have got the chicken or carne, but chicken is usually overcooked for tacos. However, next time I will try something else and amend my review if needed.
