I checked into the Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburg, CA, but had to leave approximately three hours…read morelater because I began experiencing painful prickling and itching while lying on the bedding. The sensations occurred on different parts of my body, and I also developed a bump on my arm that had not been there before. I was concerned that there could be bedbugs or another problem with the bedding, although I cannot confirm the exact cause because the hotel did not inspect the room in my presence. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked to be moved, but I was told that no other room was available. I therefore left and did not spend the night. The bathroom was also dirty, which added to my concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. I paid $121.01 for a room I could not comfortably or safely use. Despite leaving within only a few hours and reporting the problem, the property has not authorized a refund through Expedia. Expedia offered me a small amount of OneKeyCash, but travel credit does not equal what I paid and does not compensate me for losing $121.01 through no fault of my own. I expected much better cleanliness, concern for guest safety, and customer service from a Hampton by Hilton property. I would not recommend this location based on my experience, and I strongly encourage future guests to thoroughly inspect their room and bedding before settling in. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE.

The problems started when I notice their wasn't any hot water. The bathroom are very old and need maintenance. The showers throw water towards the right instead of straight down. I told the manager about the problems and he got angry at me and told me "I was the only one with these problems". I could notice he was high cause his eyes were red or was drugged up. Keep in mind this is the only hotel I been to that accepts cash and now I know why. Wanted to…read moretry some place new where we normally don't go to so I picked this place reviews seemed promising enough. I normally book our hotel stays on booking.com or hotels.com because they offer way better deals and you earn points each time you book with them! I booked us a 2 night stay with double queen bedroom. I normally book us two beds because usually the rooms that have two beds are bigger. In total our stay was $250 for two nights which is a steal! Deposit was only like $70 and they will refund you back the money once you have checked out, got my money back instantly like the next day! All really depends on what bank you have tbh. Walking in our room the room smelled really clean, I check the room to see if everything is clean and everything checked out good! We never sleep in the covers EVER! We always bring our own bed cover and blankets, we feel more comfortable sleeping that way! Surprisingly this place was really low key and very clean! Honestly shocked because you know Antioch isn't really like suburbs far from it it's like a mini Oakland! So I had really low expectations on my stay here but it was actually one my favorite hotels to stay at! Neighbors are not loud (couldn't even hear the neighbors at all really) and we are absolutely in our own lil world us two! Definitely would love to stay here whenever we are in town!

We did not want to go home so we decided to get a room for the night for us two to enjoy! I booked the room through a third party and got a great price for this location. My bf and I always like trying new places. It was a bit late and had to check it with a person through the kiosk. I believe the deposit was $100 if I'm not mistaken. The room was spacious and really big! I really liked the layout and I loved the fact we had the bottom room floor. I hate being the upstairs neighbors! It was quite peaceful to my surprise because it was right off the freeway and I expected it to be loud and soo noisy. It was quite the opposite! Very chill and peaceful! The only thing I did not like about this place was the cleanliness the floors were a bit sticky!!! I hate sticky stuff!!! It's my biggest pet peeve!!! I got over it but that's why I had to knock a star off the review.

The crappiest place we've ever stayed in!…read more My nephew and his wife had an anniversary wedding in Rio Vista. Since it was about two hours from San Jose, I figured we'd stay somewhere close after the partying and drinking. We only had to stop for a few hours since we checked in around 11 pm or midnight. I thought I had a great deal booking this place because it was so cheap - wrong!!! Worst hotel ever!!! Lesson learned. Pictures are deceiving on Orbitz. I should've checked the reviews first. We arrived, and I was already skeptical in the parking lot. Someone was playing loud music in their car. Then, we walked in, and it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Our room was the worst. There were stains on the bed, the blinds wouldn't close, and there was a bright light through the window. The smoke detector was torn out, wires were coming out. Moreover, the toilet seemed like there was a chocolate or poop stain on the seat, but it was just worn down or sanded down. Why would they sand down the toilet seat??? The girls were scared and had a hard time sleeping. My daughter even woke up around 5 am to ask, "Can we go home now?" I'm glad I was drunk that I was able to sleep through the horror. When I checked out, I noticed the breakfast did not look appealing. I would not have stayed anyway! Ew. Well, like I said, lesson learned.

They were very gracious and found us another room. The 2nd room key wouldn't work, so my hubby had to go back down again. In the 2nd room the bedroom area was clean and looked nice, very spacious, and it had a mirowave and refrigerator which was great to have. The bathroom however was disgusting. The tub had holes on the side that need to be fixed. There were also some type of brown spots all over the shower walls and curtain. The bathroom door was disgustingly filthy also. The outside wasn't too bad, but they had boards hanging with wire from the balcony, very tacky! The walls must be very thin because we got a call from the office that our TV was too loud, and we could barely hear it. Strange! The free breakfast was simple, but good. It had eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, cereal, and danishes. Just not an extremely well kept property. With a few fixes I would have given it a 4.

Our day started with brunch, which blew us away. The service was calm and intentional, a great start to the day. It was hot out, but the misters kept us cool. The paths between the flowers are dirt and grass, so bear in mind your footwear and attire when booking! This would be a perfect spot for families. Overall an incredible experience, being able to even walk the grounds was enough to make a good day, great.

The server told us they operate out of a food truck. So the menu is limited. But what they make is really good! The actual menu in-person had a couple items that aren't on the sample menu including a couple more dessert options like fig ice cream. We really liked everything we tried! The portions were pretty good. If coming here for food I'd recommend getting here early since food trucks have limited capacity. You're welcome to stroll around the property both the flower farm and the inn side before or after your meal. The parking situation is a gravel lot. So it may not be the most handicap accessible place. We had a lot of fun stopping by Park Winters. They were setting up for a wedding so the inn side would have been closed for the event starting at 1pm. The check also came with a small map of the property for you to keep. This was very helpful in exploring the property. The only caveat is this is the countryside. Wear long pants or be prepared with insect repellent! Even at 10am in the summer my legs were bitten by mosquitoes. (Type O blood. Mosquito magnet here.) I'd like if they burned some citronella candles to help with mosquitoes. The rest of the dining venue was so thoughtfully designed including timed misters (like at theme parks) to help keep the area cool. Definitely check it out if you're curious or in the area.
