I trusted them, I removed it but they never paid my insurance carrier. Now I am reposting. On July 29, 2024 I took my brand new 2024 Kia Sorrento through this car wash. There was a little Toyota Tacoma in front of my vehicle. Somehow that Toyota bounced off the tracks and stopped moving. The car wash did not stop and my car kept hitting the Toyota repeatedly. Finally, they turn the car wash off. The guy told me to proceed through the car wash and go back around and go through the car wash again. I asked him if there was any damage to the front of my car and he assured me there was not. Well, as you can see from the photos they're clearly was damaged. This cracked my front bumper my grill caused my front sensor to malfunction. My vehicle only had 552 miles on it when I went through this car wash. I purchased this vehicle on July 4. Didn't even have it for one month. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier they took care of the damages. I was called by Bubba's car wash. They assured me they were gonna pay for the damages. It's almost been one year and my insurance company has not received one penny from this car wash they lied to me. I know these incidents happen far in between doesn't happen to everybody, but this is poor customer service. When you promised to pay and you don't that impacts your business negatively. Almost a year later and they still haven't paid my insurance carrier.

The vacuum I used worked well--way better than my normal QQ location I go to, and I LOVE and appreciated the vacuum area is covered and shaded, so you aren't exposed to the hot sun while vacuuming your car! Bravo on that! I didn't have much employee interaction, since I'm a basic monthly member, but the employees I see smiled and thanked me. Another plus--they have a separate line for members!! You just wait a few seconds until the equipment reads your license plate and you are in! Only slightly negative thing I can add is that, strangely enough, the blower at the end of the wash and rinse didn't blow off 1/4 of the water on my car, which I've never experienced before, but not a total game changer. Customer Service wise everyone was super friendly waved hello etc. The problem isn't with the customer service, it's with the tight turn to get into the car wash, and then the car wash itself. There wasn't a lot of soap that was used on my car, which was rather disappointing, and then the rinse was pretty nonexistent. So I figured there must be one more final rinse and nope the dryers came on. And the dryers weren't doing their job and I pretty much felt like I pulled out of the car wash with the car that was just as dirty as when I pulled in. Warning, when you're pulling out of the car wash itself there is a drop-down lip and the turn radius is very tight and short. Just not an overall good experience.

They have a spot in the shade to dry your car in without the sun and never have issues with the machines or payment process. Havent had to wait or had any problems here. Not ghetto or anything like that always a smooth good experience and good pricing! The best part is that you can wash your car yourself and then drive through the car wash area to dry only for a couple dollars or so. Saves time drying and less water spots. I have two black cars and it's tough to keep water spots away. Love this place.
