My review is based off of a single visit to this place. It is a nice place and I am glad we went. We were downtown and in the mood for Mexican. This place is quite authentic. The chips and salsa were good but the salsa reminded me more of spaghetti sauce than salsa. The chips looked homemade.
There are two rooms, one is the bar area and one is the dining area. The dining area was not too loud even with a party of 8 next to us.
I had the Ceviche and it tasted fresh but not the style I am use to. It did not have the citrus flavor I expected. Others in the group enjoyed their meals but no one boasted it was the best they ever had. The margaritas were also just in the ok category.
If this was the only place open we would not complain about eating here but it is also not something we would search out. read more
