I had always chosen el correcaminos because it was the cheapest form of transportation I knew about. But recently I noticed that the overall customer experience is just that: cheap. The workers there are always answering your questions impatiently and seem to beat around the bush with their replies. It's almost as if they're avoiding giving you an answer that will actually help you. I asked the lady if the atm works, and she rudely said, "I don't know, check it yourself." It didn't and she couldn't tell me where I could find another one. When I tried buying a ticket from the bus (as I had already done a few months ago) she said I couldn't because I was underage. I insisted that I depended on this bus to get home and she didn't budge. She said I needed an adult to sign off for me and assume responsibility. So I did that, I asked a really nice guy who was taking the bus, too if he could sign off for me and he said no problem. However, when I went to buy the ticket the lady wasn't selling the tickets anymore (she was just standing behind a guy who took her spot, just watching) and this guy says he's not selling me the ticket because he knows I'm not related to the guy. I insisted and assured him the responsibility would be taken off his shoulders and he didn't budge. I pleaded and let him know there was no other way I could get home and he literally said, "that's not my problem." I asked him if he knew of any other buses that would take me and he said no, it's not my job. It's not his job to help a potential customer? Okay. It took me 2 hours to find a ride home, which is okay, I don't care. What I do care about is the workers' attitude though. I do not recommend El Correcaminos. The buses are crappy anyways and the bus drivers are just as rude. read more
