While I love great maize tortillas, I have a special fondness for fresh, well made tortillas de harina (flour) and you can get both here. I think the true El Primo are the tacos Gringa de Pastor - lamb sliced super thin from a sizzling cone of meat (like a schawarma), with Oaxacan Quesillo cheese, onion, and a little cilantro.
Everything is fantastic, including the salsas brought to table after you order.If you have Gringo tastes, go easy on the salsas - most pack pretty decent heat. Try the thin, green avocado salsa and you'll be happy campers.
