Chips salsa

This place is ******* good, 1.) They speak Spanish 2.) Chips are hot and fresh 3.) Salsa is good fresh and chunky 4.) Super friendly (especially if you speak Spanish) 4.) Service was quick 5.) Lived in Puerto Rico for 5 years and been to Mexico a few times, this place is good authentic and affordable. The decor is simple but that's how you know it's good, if it's too crazy inside you're paying a premium. Come here instead of the other place and thank me later. Tacos are 3.25 a piece I mean come on

saw authentic food on the billboard and had to come try it out. and oh boy does it live up to the title. so much flavor here. from the bright salsa to the freshly chopped cilantro mixed into the dish. the quesadillas were thick but held together perfectly. best pupusas I've had in years. and that slaw was to die for. fast and friendly service. will be back anytime I pick someone up from the airport or when i'm craving real spanish food (which is very hard to find in the midwest) el comal is a shining light

Pleasantly surprised compared to other local Mexican restaurants around the Rock Road. (I live next to Acapulco). Idk whats in that green salsa but it was spicy and delicious! I ordered three different tacos, all meeting expectations, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and the al pastor sauce was exactly what I was hoping for. Indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff. Will be back!

Pollo con Tajadas Verdes

It was so incredible to visit a place serving Mexican and Honduran food. I got the fried chicken with green plantain chips and it was incredible. They gave us chips and salsa and the green salsa was to die for. The portion sizes are really big so I got two meals out of my order. The staff is incredibly sweet. I will be back to try their Mexican menu. As an Honduran I loved what I had and it reminded me of home. Would recommend 10/10!

#BradyEats for more tasty Chef Jimmy makes some great stuff. Ask for his special burrito-fajita or the fish tacos Entree. Even if you order some street tacos or the queso fundito, you'll be happy you did. We always enjoy coming here for a relaxed dinner…read more Cashier took our order, but had some difficulty finding where different options were to ring them in. Food was good as usual and the interior is nice to sit and relax.

It's a toss up when you go to nacho mamas, I think it truly depends on the staff working. I'd say…read morego here at your own risk. We went the other night for dinner and were one of two people there, the staff was so kind and happy to help us, and accommodating. The inside of the restaurant was dim lighting, new tables, and awesome music playing creating quite a vibe. The price of the food however, did not reflect the price. This is where it starts becoming a toss up. It is known that the owner, a woman, works the drive through and is incredibly unpleasant and borderline rude. Very short with customers and you can tell they try to get over on absolutely everything often citing "prices for food are going up so are ours" - so the menus don't reflect proper prices. Additionally, if you add or edit your order they charge whatever they feel like, it always seems to be inconsistent. This is a pattern here so don't be surprised when your 2 taco platter, fajitas and two margaritas is 78 dollars before they ask for tip. In my opinion, you can find better Mexican for the price. The atmosphere inside also does not reflect such pricing, you are not waited on, it's a counter you pick up your stuff and buss your own plates. Should not be costing 78 dollars for dinner.
