Great texture and flavor without being overwhelmed with sauce. The Camarones Boticario were also quite good. My wife had the Ceviche Boticario and said it was on point. I drank mostly beer which was Corona and I had a glass of white wine. The wine list was limited but they really specialize in their drinks which looked fantastic. Really young (20 yo!!!!), but apparently he has been doing the job for more than 5 years.
