Well last week they visited and I tried one of their burgers and it was outstanding. Although the name of the burger escapes me it was a generous burger patty on toasted Texas toast and had a sunny side up egg on it which I think is what made it so phenomenal. That day they were not serving breakfast, but I really look forward to trying their breakfast menu when I can catch them in the morning somewhere.

Now, after having eaten it twice today I can definitely vouch for it as being tasty, hearty, and a great deal! It's definitely flavorful and rich and nothing like pre-made boxed/store mac and cheese. If the rest of their food is as good as this single side of mac and cheese, I'd expect to be blown away! :)

We have gone during their Paella Sunday & Oyster Roast events and spent beautiful late afternoons outside with friends. They offer a great variety of wine to pair with the food. We made a reservation, but ordered at the counter. We ordered a handful of dishes to share. The girl was very helpful and giving us a separate gluten-free menu that allowed us to order for my husband. This place is a Latin/Asian infusion so we were very excited to see how the flavors played out since it is two of our favorite types of food. The best thing I had was the special, stir fried udon noodles with the steak. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the chili spice on it was amazing and it wasn't overly sauced. The steak that accompanied it was also delicious. The tomato cucumber salad was fresh, but could've used a little more salt in my opinion. The bao bun and tacos were also nice and great portions. I would say for me I didn't love the pad Thai in comparison to the many that I've had before, because it was a bit different in flavor profiles than what I'm used to. I wanted a little bit more of the fish sauce and tamarin flavor. You have to get their milkshakes, I'm sure all of them are great. But the one we have was absolutely decadent and delicious! We had more than enough food, and ended up taking a lot of it home. They were multiple people helping us, and they were all very nice and friendly. I'm coming back for the udon noodle dish!

Other places are popular on delivery services, but this place is just good. I walk up and down Red Bank daily. I know all the places. Some people give a little food truck side eye, but that is their mistake. This place needs to be your go to destination for Mexican food. Their menu is simple. Pick a option and pick a meat. You can order in English or Spanish. They take card and verify the transaction. I went with 2 Pastor and 2 lengua tacos and a horchata. The pastor tacos were really good. I could name other places that need to take a lesson but I won't. I saved the lengua tacos for the end because that's harder to cook and easier to mess up. Those lengua tacos were so soft and delicious. They do not load their tacos up with nonsense. Onions and cilantro that's it. The had grilled onions, radish and cucumber on the side. If you like spice, go with red sauce. That definitely had a kick. The horchata was delicious. I ate on the little covered patio tables and it wasn't too busy. The Christmas tree lights do wonders for spaces in the evening. I'll be coming here again. Hopefully you will too.
