I still don't understand what's up with all of the nacho cheese slathered on burritos -- seems to be a Carolina or East coast thing? I have yet to see a true 'wet' burrito with red enchilada sauce on top. I feel like it's an attempt at making a burrito interesting or delicious, but if made properly/authentically, a burrito is delicious all on its own.
The location is tight, in terms of parking, but there's extra/overflow parking to the east of the building. On the outside, the building looks old, small and leaves you feeling like you're about to walk in to a total dive, but I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and decor. Very modern/rustic/puebla.
Anywho, I got the La Grande Burrito- carnitas with all the fixing inside -- and yes, the nacho cheese on top. It was the best burrito, in the area, so far. Definitely enough for two people. My friend got the street tacos, and those looked delicious, as well.
Pineapple Margaritas were delicious and seemed a lot stronger than anywhere else -- so that's a plus! Especially, seeing as how they're $16 a pop for the large.
If I am craving Mexican, La Fiesta will definitely be my go-to.
