My kids and I had spent the whole morning in the hospital, starving and tired, we decided to order some food from this restaurant through an app called Menustart, I placed my order @ 9:30 am but it took us more than an hour to go and pick up our order do to some paperwork delay, when we got there I was told that my order wasn't ready yet so they made me wait another 10 minutes on top of the hour, when my pick up time said a 25 minute wait from the time I had placed my order from the beginning. When I asked the waitress to ring me up, she took my card and charged me but never saw the original receipt with my order description, after a few minutes she handed me the original receipt and that's when I noticed that she had charged me a wrong order. When I complained about not being charged the right order she asked how I had placed my order and when I mentioned that I used the menustart app is when she stated that they no longer get orders through that app because something about not be able to update their prices. First of all it wasn't my fault, they should of cancel or stated some where in the app to do not order or some warning for customers to be aware of the malfunction of the app. I asked for my refund right away because my kids were hungry and annoyed for what had happened. I brought my husband here to eat since he tried the pupusas once and loved them. I had never been here and we will definitely not be back. I can tell the owner does not care about his business if not he would read the reviews and clean up his staff. The customer service was the worst I've ever encountered! The short blonde waitress had the worst attitude she looked like she either hates her job or life whichever it was not our problem she needs to be fired or quit. Never once came to our table to give us chips and dip nor refills. When we asked another waiter for the check we waited 15 min until we decided we were leaving.
