The best part is that I am a person of color and they have the YAG laser that is for anyone with more melonin in their complextion. Mara is my tech and she is wonderful. She listens to the concerns that I have when I come back for my next appointments and makes sure to address them. I have since done a complete Brazilian and underams and I have to say that I am in love with all the results. Best way to be hairless and beautiful. One thing I like about DLS is that you can pay as you go and just pay per session instead of having to buy a package that is going to cost you thousands upon thousands of dollars. If you are in the market to get laser removal but cant afford the big upfront cost, this is the place to go. great results and great customer service as well.

During our first consultation, she asked me my objectives and proposed a short series of treatments - a chemical skin treatment and three RF microneedling sessions. It was more affordable than I had thought, and we did the first treatment that day. She educated me on each step, always described what she was doing and why, and repeatedly checked in on my comfort (which was fine - slight stinging, but I kind of liked that - it told me it was working!). After my second session, I could already see the results. I'm ready for my third, and I understand this is when I'll start to see the real, longer-term effects. I'm very happy thus far, and look forward to her working more magic on me!

I want to share my personal experience as a warning to others considering services at Ideal Image…read more I did not receive any services, yet a financing account through Fortiva was activated in my name without my knowledge or consent for treatment. I started receiving payment notices even though no procedure was performed. When I contacted them for help, communication was extremely difficult and no one took responsibility. I was told they "could not reach the consultant," and I was left to deal with the loan company by myself. This has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Please be very careful before signing anything--even a simple consultation or quote--because it may trigger financing without services being done. Make sure to double-check all paperwork and keep everything in writing. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I hope my review helps others avoid a similar situation.

It has taken me a couple of years to decide to leave a review…read more I thought I had a very good relationship with RMLC. I had gone to them for a few years and always enjoyed talking with Jess who I think is the owner/director. She was extremely helpful. I even referred my daughter and my partner. Being a senior I wanted to make an appt. to discuss a service. I sent an email and was told they would check with their nurse and get back to me. After a unreasonable period of time of not hearing back, I sent another email. Note: I do prefer emailing over calling. Again, I did not receive a response. After a third email I finally received an email from their office bluntly telling me they couldn't be of help. No explanation as to why - absolutely nothing! Receiving this kind of reply after being a client for years was - and is - to this day, extremely confusing and disheartening. I thought my age might have something to do with it, but found from another business that offers the same services, that shouldn't have been a problem. I figured calling them probably would have been a waste of time. I wrote this review only because I don't think anyone should be treated so unprofessionally like I was treated. If there is a problem (whatever it is), the client needs to be made aware. A client shouldn't have to go years wondering why they were treated so badly.
